Malaysian helicopter tragedy: One aircraft was not flying at appropriate height, says navy

The failure of one helicopter to fly at and on a designated height and path has been identified as the main factor behind its collision with another naval helicopter in Lumut, Perak. Read more: str.sg/xAD5
That was the conclusion of the investigation board into the helicopter crash that killed 10 Royal Malaysian Navy personnel on April 23 during a rehearsal. The board concluded that there was no human error involved.
