Malaysian helicopter tragedy: One aircraft was not flying at appropriate height, says navy

  • The failure of one helicopter to fly at and on a designated height and path has been identified as the main factor behind its collision with another naval helicopter in Lumut, Perak. Read more: str.sg/xAD5
    That was the conclusion of the investigation board into the helicopter crash that killed 10 Royal Malaysian Navy personnel on April 23 during a rehearsal. The board concluded that there was no human error involved.

    No mechanical problem...but fennec was not flown at the right or proper height....

    No mechanical problem, no human error, just helicopter was not at appropriate height and according to flight path.😢
