404000? I’m looking at it now in Sarasota and it’s starting at 800000! Boy I missed the train!
So did we, and we’re now paying $400k more to build the same home in Sarasota lol. The comps in the area easily support the price now though and it has a very high ceiling to appreciate in price.

I was checking out the Taylor Morrison Builder website because we are going to move to Tampa Florida 2 years from now. Do they allow to reserve a lot and put down payment to be build the house on 2 years? Do they option to tweak like the door opening to be wider because Im in wheelchair and need enough space for fit. What lot are that available right now?
Hi Jane, they won't reserve lots to be built further down the line unfortunately. However, homes are taking around a year to build now, so your timeframe isn't too far away from wanting to go to contract. By the time you have explored your best options and decided on the right home and community, I'm sure this time next year will be here in no time.
I don't believe they will be able to customize a wider entry, but I'm sure they will have many floor plans that accomodate that as standard without any modifications. I just uploaded a new video on Taylor Morrison today, so please feel free to check out the entryways and door openings there. Will you need every door opening to be wider than standard, or just the front door and patio doors? Thank you.
I really like this model, any idea what the CDD or HOA fees are for a house just this at watergrass?
Hey Jesus, It really is a gorgeous home! For this section of Watergrass (Bradbury) the CDD is $2760 annually, and $110 for the HOA annually.

Hey Danny, apologies, this is in Watergrass, which is directly opposite Epperson. Depending on how much is spent on upgrades to the home, as well as the lot premium, you will be anywhere from high $400's to mid $500's. Closer to $600,000 with a nice pool, especially as the pool and patio area is so big. You wouldn't want to add a tiny pool with this home. Would look more like a hot tub lol.

Hi Stacie, this one isn't, but the one in Starkey Ranch, Odessa is : www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/4374-Barbour-Trl_Odessa_FL_33556_M56580-08357 It is upgraded to the nines though and less of a commute to downtown Tampa. Hence the price jump.
