- Part 3 of a series breaking down the Harris Chain of Lakes in its entirety. Including the Palatlakaha, Ocklawaha River, Dora Canal, Apopka Canal, residential canals, Haines Creek, Lake Apopka, Dora, Harris, Little Harris, Carlton, Beauclair, Eustis, and Lake Griffen. We spend a couple hours putting together a couple patterns together for each body of water. Hopefully this helps you catch more fish next time your on the water.

Great coverage Tyler
Sept is feast or famine in central Florida. Still the bigs do eat. Finding the move to shallower wood has paid off. Amazing when you find em and have that aha moment.
Right, feels good
Another great video….
I recommend Fishinology, it is worth the money by saving gas not to mention lure selection. Thanks Gino and Tyler.
Thank you so much
We work hard and appreciate the support.
Great vid keep it up. How bout a series on Clermont chain. Love to see that, thank you!
It's on the list
How about Lake Yale?
@@jerrybell4947 Yale will be coming soon
great info..thanks!!
another good video...I know the chain, but the marsh is a little foreign to me. I've only been there a few times...what are the current speed limits or motor limits in the marsh...I have heard different opinions from friends and other fishermen in my club...any clarity would be appreciated...thanks again. tightlines!
40hp max but you can use your trolling motor
The fishing is good starting at the mouth so it's not a big deal to just use the trolling motor.
@@GinoLosi thanks!
I feel like im not in the right area when I went there, there didn't appear to be that much open water where I went. I went all the way to the end of the main cut and then hung a right towards the marsh boat ramp.
From the mouth of Haynes Creek in Eustis, how long would it take to get to the mouth of the Marsh?
30 minutes
I’m a little confused by this. A few months ago we tried to get in there by the first canal entrance coming from Griffin on the south side of Haines creek. It was so overgrown with spadderdock, and cattails and was silted in til it was super shallow. We could barely get to the first flat area. Is there another way to get in there ?
Whats the running rules up there do you have to come off it as soon as you enter?
Can you take a boat without a trolling motor into the marsh?
As long as your motor is under 40hp your good
@@GinoLosi I have a 140hp… I can’t idle around the marsh, or is it too grassy?
I fished with Grady on a guided trip once and two bullets flew right over our heads, I found out later there was a shooting range near by, needless to say we flew out of there
Jesus!
In that marsh

Listen to the bullets flying by us in this video 5 minutes in. I could see bird shot hitting the water all down the side of the boat. The guys that were shooting drove past us, turned around, and started firing back at us.
Can you please let everyone know that it is a limited horsepower motor zone and no airboats as well. Great fishing opportunity if you're willing to follow the rules.
So basically your telling me I can flip the big weight allday 👀 lol
Fwc, 🙏 please close your ears👂 🙉 ......
