HI, Thanks for watching the video. There are 2 holes that are on the doors and help with panel alignment the remainder of the holes you will have to drill. Be sure you have the window in the up position or you will be buying a new glass for it. Good luck
Glass has been very durable and much better life as it won't scratch. We also have had a couple that were broke and the owners had full coverage insurance and the insurance company paid to replace the windshield.

Do you mean 90 lbs not 900 lbs? Its only plastic and auto glass there is no way its 900 lbs. Just get a golf cart heater. How much weight for just the cab and nothing else. Im sure the engine can handle 900 lbs but then you can not load 1000 lbs in the bed because total load weight is 1400 lbs of weight you can have in the bed and cab

I really like my 2018 Pioneer but the accessories suck big time. No where near as good as Polaris. Honda doesn't even make a fold up windshield. Heater leaks antifreeze and doesn't begin to keep you warm. Honda is loosing a bunch of sales due to terrible accessories and options.
@@davismotorsportsofdelano8641 Tell Honda to make the doors open like a car. The suicide doors are a PIA. We work out of UTV's all the time and usually on steep slopes. In general pulling up onto a steep project. I mean STEEP like you can't turn around on them or you'll roll the UTV (pipeline right of ways). The suicide doors suck. EVERYBODY wants to use the Gator 835 HVAC cab for that reason (and it's quiet).

Not waterproof, very water resistant! No ac at this time
Do you have cold air coming through dash? Most do.
We found a shift boot that fits and helps. The 2023 models now have a gasket in there to help. It's not great.

Not exactly, Honda does not make hard panel doors for the 500 and the heater would have to be from an aftermarket supplier.

Totally agree. I love Honda but their accessories leave a lot to be desired.
Honda needs a factory installed hvac cab.
