or little things i do to increase my happiness
and make me feel good!
these are just some things that work for me and i really hope this helps anyone in ANY sort of way that would make me so happy

1. Building trust within yourself (& within god)
2. Cleaning her room
3. Plan something!
4. Talk to someone (therapist/family/friends)
5. Set goals
6. Always be willing to learn
7. Walking/being active
8. Being off her phone
9. Have a safe space
10. Write it out
11. Breathing
This made me tear up. I can’t explain but I have not been confident in myself lately. This video inspired me in a way I can’t explain. Thank you Hannah!

I’ve been in such a rut now for like 8 months trying to figure out my anxiety and depression and also health issues, it’s been so so so so so hard but hannah you’re so right you always come out happier, I finally feel like I’m coming out of my shell and this video gave me a huge smile knowing you’ve been it through and Haley commented she has too, it’s so great knowing we’re not alone❤️ amazing video thank you so much hannah

okay I'm crying lol I've been struggling to take action while feeling like I'm not going in the direction of the life that I really want and this battle going on inside my head is pretty tiring. this has helped me so much. mentally especially. i have been in such dark place in my mind where i felt hopeless and lost and so unmotivated to do anything. but hearing this had helped me feel so much better and free!! i believe that everything is going to be okay in the long run for me in progress, but thank you so much.

this genuinely made me cry.. I recently went through pictures of myself from 4 years ago and noticed how much happier I seemed back then. I sent one of the photos to my parents and asked what had happened and they said that I lost my sparkle. I've felt so scared and lonely and lost ever since I realized that they're right - so thank you for this ❤️ you give me so much hope!!

recently had a mental nervous breakdown and just not been happy and searching for meaning. I'm just now beginning to be healthy again and looking after myself. one of the things I like to do when I'm on youtube is to watch your channel and so seeing this video really motivates me but also knowing I'm not alone, thank you so much for being vulnerable and making the content you do, you inspire and remind lots of people who are suffering to believe in themselves and look on the brighter side of life.

Ugh this is so relatable. Last fall I was in a horrible horrible place mentally. I genuinely didn’t believe I’d make it to 2022, I was ready to give up…made a plan….I was done. And now somehow here I am almost March 2022 and I’m so relieved I didn’t let my depression win.
