Thanks guy, the oil picking up clay particles off the hands and arms reminds me of using honing oil on a whetstone

Wish I’d known about that stuff when I used to do road gritting. My hands were wrecked. Dried out so bad, every joint had deep painful cracks . Used to sleep at night with Vaseline’d hands in disposable gloves

So much of it goes unseen like cleaning up. I've not heard the 1/3 veg oil to hand cream. Thinking olive oil should be good too. I've always used olive oil soap because of it's benefits to the skin. Always thanks for the prospective from a big ware turner.

    Guy,
Jeff Kohut from The Potter's Journal let me know today that you were back doing pottery videos..cheers x 3.
As my skin just this year has indicated it needs a little care this is very timely and I appreciate the advice. I am looking forward to watching the rest of your new videos and hope more will be coming.
Stay safe, be well and enjoy.
