Hey guys here is a lil behind the scenes of what I do on a weekly basis owning a small boutique catering company. I’m sorry if things are all over the place, it’s kinda hard to film while I’m working which is why I’m starting to just place my camera somewhere and just let it record. I want to also start to show you guys more of the business and prep side of catering. From when the order/ catering request comes in to how I make my shopping list, how I schedule my attendants, how I do my staff meetings before the event, how I do my checklist of what I bring to events, how I pay my staff, how I pay myself and how I put back into my business. It sounds like a lot I know but it is what it is. I do all of that plus the cooking and as you can see I also have to jump in and help set up when I need to. I hope this content isn’t boring to you. It’s literally my life right now. I work work work then I like to chill and travel travel travel. If you’re a caterer and have an easy, quick question that I can reply to and answer here or in an upcoming video leave a comment below. I do want to make a set of videos and an eguide when time allows that can be a one stop shop on all of your catering questions. Thanx for all the support, it means more than you’ll ever know 💛

I love these videos ...also can some tell me how to get songs mixed liked the 4 page letter in this video

So I search out non copyrighted music on RUclips and then I pick one that’s long with a bunch of songs that I like all in one video that I can use snippets of then I copy the link of the video and run it through a video to mp4 converter which turns the video to an audio file that you can save to your computer. I think the one it use is yt3 or something like that.
