@TomMorrison I have plastic and Cobalt between the Fifth and sixth vertebrae in my neck. Would you recommend this? And yes, my neck hurts all the time for some odd reason...🤔
OMG Tom❤ your videos are helping me rehabilitate my entire body. I've been 'broken' since 2017. My muscles are so tight and everything is out of alignment. Bless you 🙏
Haha awesome! Yes love the mini Tom’s 😂 I just get messages that say “need you to do this!” And then send it so I get to enjoy them just as much first time round lol
I've been looking for something like this, my right had side always feels 'cramped' I'm looking forward to adding this to my routine. The results I've seen from your channel alone have been a serious game changer! Thank you!
the pushing against your hand thing is SO good, I've used it to mitigate my headaches! i need to remember to do them in between so the headaches happen less often lol
Also try checking if your jaw isnt slack in the first place. Teeth touching relaxes the muscles. I also did this consistently back in high school and my neck did grow in size.
Great tips Tom I hope these will help. I i had a question regarding high hip as one side glute exercises don't seem to be fixing the high hip for me, is there any thing I'm missing?
@@TomMorrison thank you. I’ve tried it both ways and the more isometric type aggravated the piss out of a very deep old whiplash trigger in my scm...I wasn’t positive if I should push through hoping that strength would help it eventually, but it got really angry and started hurting my teeth and clamped my ear shut 🙄...hoo boy. Thanks for helping and for being you. ❤
I have bad knots in my shoulder blades, neck, and collarbones that keep me locked in rounded shoulders. When I massage them, they release for like 10 minutes and I regain mobility until they sieze up and lock again. What does that sound like generally so I know what videos to watch?
I wanted to ask because I played four years of college basketball I train mixed martial arts also I'm 46 how can I improve the Mobility in both my knees an alleviate pain?
Would go after your hip flexibility overall really and also incorporate loads of things like deep split squats and single leg deadlifts with weight so you can cope with the martial arts training easier
You seems like a person who should know something about human anatomy but still wearing junk shoes which ruin feet function. Barefoot the only normal way
Nah you can offset “normal” shoes just by being barefoot at home more often and by doing foot strength exercises, barefoot shoes aren’t the “fix” for everything
O my god, my head is falling off my shoulders now. 💥👍🏼🙏🏼
This is precisely what I was told to do for my cervical radiculopathy!
Awesome!

Neck stretches-with tension. Just what I've been waiting for you to present.

Awesome!
I really do hope this helps, been a constant pain in my neck for months and all kind of stretching doesn’t do.
I'm so sorry man. Hope you get better. Having to live in pain is the worst.
Just have to tell you: aside from the helpful advice , your videos are so entertaining and funny, I would watch them regardless of the content 😊

Is one hip higher than the other? Try this one! ruclips.net/video/QawhsBp5IB8/видео.htmlsi=jshYIAP4_lvhANnP
@TomMorrison yep my left one. Cheers Tom will try these hopefully this will ease up the pain
Is that why we naturally push on our head from the front or back during stressful times.
Could be!
thank you jesus
thank you - I have ankylosing spondylitis and there is fusion in my neck and low back
Hey my man I hope all is well with you Tommy
❤ cheers 💪
Out of curiosity, when doing the basic neck moves you show (the yes and no) are you moving loosely or using tension? If that makes sense....
Controlled and loose really 😂 not super tense like you were lifting something heavy

You might need some scapular movement! Try this: ruclips.net/video/xUvq9R9EzZg/видео.htmlsi=Uni02MY2p6YYJnDY
Wow!
Will this help with the neck muscle knots that go up and down the side of the neck, making their way to the base of the skull?
Could do! Try adding in some gentle circles & slow yes/no movements too 😁
I have a tight back of the neck/base of the skull. feels like it's pulling my head back. Do you have any tips please
Give these a try! ruclips.net/video/VY_1XuT57Zw/видео.htmlsi=N8x28wXkqaW9piOI
Bruv my neck doesnt do that nose side to side move how to learn it ?
Time in front of the mirror really! Itll come with practice!
🙌

@TomMorrison copy that kind sir! Thank you!
My neck is completely locked from shifting to the right side
have you tried gentle stretches or circles to relieve it? Or if the neck won't move, try shoulder circles!
Can you do this if you have a cage at c5 to c7?
Probably best to get in-person advice 💪
Where are you based?
Northern Ireland 😄
The poor man's Iron Neck?
It’s similar to a Muay Thai neck conditioning drill we used to do, need a partner though, this is for if you’re like me and don’t have any friends 😔
Don't push on the vein
He needs a haircut
Too busy making videos 🙌
