An amazing amount of car for the money. I absolutely loved mine when I owned it, but it ate rubber for breakfast, and when it cost north of a grand for four corners, nearly 500 to tax, drank like a fish, and deafened you on the motorway, the novelty wore kinda thin for me. Don't get me wrong, I knew what I was getting into when I bought it, and it really is a seriously fun car to drive, but don't be too swayed by the sub £13000 price 2nd hand. Do your sum's on it before buying, see what your outlay will be, and if your happy with the figures, then go for it. Amazing car.
The road noise is largely due to tire noise, correctable with the right choice of tire. The OEM Bridgestone Potenza S007 tires on my 2019 sport coupe were not that noisy, as are the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires that I recently put on.
Road Noise - Crappy Bridgestones. Go to a Continental DWS or look for a quiet Tire in reviews. Had a Vette with MIchelin A/S Pilots and they are noisy as hell. Switched to the Conti's and Quiet and a lot more Grip and not as harsh ride. Bought my Z used with the same Tires and it is the same problem. Will change them eventually. Did put some Peel an Seal in the Trunk area help a lot and so I an live with it now. Love the power. I think the 0-60 must be these guys don't know how to launch it. Every bit as quick as my Ls1 Vette and they were faster than 5.3.
The best sports car value out there! Yes there are faster cars, cars with more tech but why do you buy a sports car? It will pull .99Gs 0-60 in 5 seconds. 155 governed top speed in stock form. For 30 grand US, think about it. I love my 2018 heritage Z.
WTF, CNET poached this guy from AutoTrader. Also, 155MPH top speed? I'd say it'll keep going north of 170HP easily. The new CTR and Focus RS can do 165.
The ECU limits the top speed to 155 mph. I saw a top speed run on one that had the speed governor disabled done on the Autobahn, 175 mph. You can see it on RUclips.
the steering wheel is on the same side as its made in its country of origin thank god thats why they're cheap in australia can drive em straight off the boat in that configuration
@ Jose montano - Here's some much needed enlightenment of why it's on the 'right' side. In days of yore, when peoples' main form of transportation was horses and 9 in 10 people being naturally right-handed, they rode on the left hand side of tracks in order to defend and/or kill would-be assailants approaching in the opposite direction. The keeps and gatehouses of castles and fortified manor houses had stone stairways curving downwards from right to left for precisely the same reason. There's been as little need to change this as there's been to change from miles to kph. Also, the once imagined to be great Spanish influence is nowadays limited to the spearing of bulls. Nice work, keep it up.

Thanks for your comment. You've swayed me not to get one. I'm thinking the 370Z is more of a weekend toy? A5 Quattro instead I think.
