Good brief, to-the-point video but I have a related, yet unrelated question.... With this edition I'm struggling to find what happened to the reLOAD DSMS on left MFC after a Rearm-Refuel. Anybody out there give me a clue?
So i've just started playing Operation Piercing Fury. The first mission asks me to monitor multiple frequencies. Is the only way to do this currently to jump between the last 2 programmed frequences like you do in this video?
That depends on the type of frequency you need to monitor. You have 3 radios in the A10 so if they are 2 VHF AM frequencies then you should be able to monitor both.
I don't think so no. You can control all audio volumes using the audio panel at the rear left of the left console though. I assume this radio will use the channel labelled UHF.
Anyone know if there Is there a way to remove the freq display on the hud? It steps on the bomb range symbology, I would think there would be a way....at least in the real aircraft.
Since I'm getting back to the A-10, this video is very much welcome! 👍
Really comprehensive and easy to follow description of the Radio systems thanks
SATCOM has two seperate frequencies. One for uplink, one for downlink. That's why those preset have different transmit and recieve freqs.
my thanks shall haunt you forever
Thank you for this easy to follow tutorial. Lots of information !

So unless I missed it, no volume control on the left console for the ARC-210?
