After landing in London, I hopped on a train and taxi to reach this conveniently located hotel, just a 25-minute drive from London Heathrow Airport. However, the hotel's remote location may be better suited for self-driving visitors or group tourists, as there are limited public transport options in the area. But it's not all isolation; the outdoor atmosphere and a small pond right next to the hotel offer a relaxing retreat.

i stayed few times before. overall good and standard hospitality. However Nina did help. For me, no good luck to upgrade like you, the standard room is pretty standard and breakfast buffet is typical English breakfast. can't say it's perfect but ok then.
