TOOLS:
14mm socket wrench
NOTE: Bolt heads are difficult to get to due to space constraints. Remove of 1 of the bolts tricky.

At least you can actually REACH the bolt with the wrench….I’ve got a 2006 Pathfinder and I was able to get ONE of the bolts loosened all the way but the other bolt? I can not for the life of me figure out how to get it loose with the wrench….any advice you may could offer would be GREATLY appreciated..

14mm gear wrench is a must. Probably save half the time here or more.

How in the hell did you get the bolts to even budge? I have been trying to weeks to remove one from my 04 Xterra using 14mm wrench and it will not catch the bolt head at all - I think the bolts are rounded

Hey Jeff,
Your correct - really difficult to remove. I ended up torching the whole assembly off.
How ever I have an unrelated question, what software are you using for stuff like the air suspension system and SRS stuff.

Hi Jeff, thank you for posting the video - very helpful. I actually think I may take this on. I'm wondering though? Any of the parts I see listed do not show including new bolts for attachment since I'm assuming we wouldn't want to use the old ones. What type of bolt should I source?
