You were saying you hoped this video helped at least one needful person. Well, I'm your validater! 26 years ago I had cancer show up in a lymph node in my groin area. That led to surgery, exploration, and for caution a bout of radiation to the area. The cancer never has been heard of since (thank God Almighty), but I have battled with a messed up digestive system. It becomes tiresome - to say the least - to keep looking for a way to return to a "normal" processing system. I have been diligent in trying to solve my problem as a subsequent surgery left me with a paralyzed right foot, so becoming faster to the restroom was not in my ability. I recently tried a store made Lemon-Ginger Kombucha and found its prebiotic qualities quickly and dependably have taken care of my overactive system. I pray you do not really understand the depth of relief I am experiencing. I am thrilled to have found your video that is teaching me how to provide this life changing drink for managing my symptoms. Unless you were in the same boat with me, you wouldn't truly understand how much this means. If no other person is grateful (and I am sure that is NOT the case) be advised you have changed one mother of (5)s life for the better and we are ALL very grateful for your teaching. Thank you seems inadequate but I do so from the bottom of my heart. ❤
Grabe! Well done... you seem to have enjoyed making this drink very much. I'm glad that you were successful. I haven't really tried this drink yet, i haven't seen it at all here in the Philippines. I'm really curious now.
I am taking from Brazil. I came here Just to learn how to favor kombucha but found onde of the most astonishing vídeos about gratitude. The way you remembered little things and related tô each person that help you was Just amazing and didátic. I am frateful to your vídeo and The amazing way you teach in a deeper way about gratitude.
Sounds great! That's a good idea, keeping the SBOBY in the fridge. I should go and make a new batch of Kombucha soon. Would be great refreshing drink after gardening. I'm sure you will enjoy the lemon ginger, it's my favourite (thinking about the added benefits of the ginger). I hope you have a blessed day.
Wow naman! This is great! I have never thought of making these kinds of drinks at home, kudos for being adventurous in the kitchen and making good news of your quarantine time. PS, may I have a SCOBY please?
Lemon and ginger is my favorite flavor to drink So Im pretty sure I will love this! The first fermentation doesn’t take too long I thought it will take three weeks or more.
Can you tell me in your bottles about how much lemon juice you added? Thank you so much for the tutorial, I am new to Kombucha making and really want to try lemon ginger.
Hello Tanya! When I did this project I had 6 lemons available at home and I used them all; added the juice to 7 cups of kombucha. The 2nd time I made this, I blended 2 whole organic lemons with the rind (blended with lots of ginger and squeezed to extract juice) and juiced 10 more. Total of 12 lemons for 8 cups of tea. Both times, I found the kombucha to be delicious and the level of acidity was still great. I did add a little bit more of sweetener the 2nd time though. It all depends on how much you want to add in. You can add about 1/3 juice extracts to 2/3 kombucha.
Only if that’s the flavour your going for. I tried with mango and strawberries as well and it was also very good. I like the lemon ginger for more gut benefits.

ASMR & Kombucha - can’t ask for much more
Thank you. I’m glad you liked it.
I’ll try this. I haven’t made flavored yet. Yum!
I hope you do, it’s really good. And there’s that extra punch of “healthy” because of the ginger and lemon. 🥰

You will love lemon and ginger! It tasted so delicious. Try it with green tea as well instead of black. It’s my favourite flavour now.
Where do you get scobies ?

@@DelightfulSouvenirs thank you so much
So the ginger and lemon are needed for the second batch
Only if that’s the flavour your going for. I tried with mango and strawberries as well and it was also very good. I like the lemon ginger for more gut benefits.
No sugar on second fermentation?
