I wouldn’t refrigerate it unless you don’t plan to drink it all when you make it…. the body doesn’t absorb cold water as efficiently as room temperature water

I drink warm lemon water in the morning on empty stomach.
And i drink hot ginger water after every meal.

Try this too ---- gently melt one cup virgin coconut oil , add heaping table spoon turmeric, heaping tea spoon ginger powder, tea spoon black pepper, tea spoon or more Cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, drizzle over pecan halves, let cool then heavily dust with Ceylon cinnamon-----

I put lemon with skin and ginger in my Omega 6 juicer.
I agree with everything but by eating less, if you don't eat your body will store fat for protection....eat smaller meals which will help you lose weight
I rough chop my ginger, put it in a blender and top it off with good water, pulverize it, strain it, and then put the juice in ice cube trays, then in a freezer bag. I have a ginger cube ready everyday to put in my water bottle with the lemon juice and a touch of stevia. Or to use in a hot tea. I'll freeze fresh lemon juice too when I have lots of lemons, but usually just fresh squeeze one for my water. Oh, then I take the left over ginger pulp and put it in the dehydrator, then pulverize that to use in my cooking.

Now that sounds good! Unless I have no other options, I use vanilla stevia fr a sweetner. Honey has too much sugar and cancer loves sugar. I avoid sugar.

I need you opinion on something. I had a upper endoscopy last week the dr said I had gerd and esophageal webbing. He put me on pantoprazole for it. I have used apple cider vinegar for acid reflux in the passed and found that to work fine. I don’t believe in meds and through keto and weight loss have been able to loss weight and go of blood pressure meds. I don’t take any thing other than that meds I mentioned and vitamin b12 ,biotin , protein powder and collegen peptide. Should I take the it , I don’t like it after reading all the side affects. Need you help

You can still put left over lemon in a kale shake. So flavorful and good for you. Lemon peel has its own healing properties.
I just juice both (peels and all) and add it to my bottled water.

There is no set limit on this, drink it as long as you need to and it's making you feel good. Or you can cycle it and do it for a couple of weeks a few times a year. 💚

Whilst out shopping last week I accidentally stepped on a land mine which resulted in the loss of the lower part of my right leg.
I managed to hop home and later that night I downed a glass of ginger and lemon water.
When I awoke the next morning my lower right leg had regenerated itself.
