While I am starting to feel and dread the temperatures increasing by the day here in Palermo I secretly envy you both for still wearing long-sleeved tops. Aah! the fresh, breezy and pleasant temperatures you get in the Finnish Summer!
Islands of peace, ferries of peace, coffee shops of peace... Simple islands, simple ferries, coffee bars with simple furnishings... it takes a lot to understand (we Italians, laden with useless frills)... that peace and good living are simple and at the same time can be fashionable. I take a deep breath and hope it's as cold as that air. Island after island after island... a metaphor for life. I will watch the horizon, and look forward to your next visit.Thank you.
