I know it is printed the same formula code but I am very sure new bottles never berform like old ones and juice is less concentrated...
The first one I smelled was the intense and I loved it but the reformulation just has that smoothness to it. I honestly love it so much but for some reason the ladies aren’t the biggest fan of it. I wish it got more me compliments because this is in my top 10 favorites fragrances but oh well, I know I smell good and that’s all that matters lol

Never tried Intense. That lipstick vibe annoys me... At the same time, the sage and cocoa from the Parfum makes that one my favorite.

I love the vids you do with Olya! All of these fragrances are very good but my favorite smell is the Parfum version but if I was to pick one to purchase it would be Dior Homme just because it is so much more versatile.

My favorite is the Intense, I also prefer the reformulated homme & as far as the pafum goes no one seems to really like & only received negative comments while wearing it.

Lest we forget Dior Homme Eau, one of my most complimented frags. I'd choose Eau over DH original but not over DHI, for different seasons anyway. I don't think I'll ever get a chance to try DHP.
I always get compliments when I wear Eau. That fragrance was so under appreciated.

Just received Dior Homme Intense on a blind buy after watching this review!!! Unfortunately, these weren’t available to try out at Macy’s!!! Oh my goodness, I’m in love with this scent!!! It was risky with the blind buy, but this was a home run for sure!!! Unfortunately, I’m unable to find Dior Homme Parfum available anywhere!!! But I might be purchasing another bottle of Dior Homme Intense just in case availability decreases!!! ☮️🖖🏽

Love this line up. Love the DHP, & DHI. Never owned the original. I cant find any of the Parfum anywhere any more. Is it discontinued? I need to pick up some back up bottles soon.
Check fragrancebuy.com it's a Canadian website that ships to the US. It's very limited stock and rumors are they will discontinue sales in the US of it. But I recently got that and farenheit parfum (same story) from fragrancenet on a restock. The Canadian website has it for almost the same price as I got it off fragrancenet for.

One of the best lines in the game. The 2011 is my absolute favorite-a perfect scent in my opinion, and the “most me” fragrance I have. Intense is amazing as well, just not as fresh and versatile. I’m not on the Parfum train personally-doesn’t seem as resolved as the others to me.

Scented Waters you got it wrong. The discontinued one is dior homme parfum. I mean it’s still available in Europe but soon will be discontinued for good.

I don’t like Intense.
DHP is great, but it’s too overpowering.
So for me 2011 is number one. It’s smooth and a bit subtle, but nowadays I wear fragrances for myself only.

Dior Homme parfum: Someone said to Carlos: "You smell like my grandma..." Funny, the first impression I got was: Nice scent but it remembers me of my mother who used to wear Chanel no. 5 some 40 years ago...
I love the DHP ! I feel like anything w/ rose will come off grandmother-ish to someone who doesn’t care for anything other than freshie type frags. Receiving a comment like that every once in a while is the story of my life. I can’t help it tho for I am a huge of rose. However, I do enjoy the entire Dior Homme line ... 🤔well most of the line 👌🏾. I do not own the reformulated Dior Homme ( only the original form ) but as Olya said, I’ll be picking up a bottle. Great review Carlos !!!

The intense is lovely .i tried the parfum Soon after the intense and well that is like going from a bentley turbo r to a bentley wraith...you're not getting out of the wraith anytime soon...i assure you!!! Having said that if you revisit the older bentley and spend some time in it you begin to really appreciate it again..

I have two DHP, masterpiece designer imho. Decant of DHI and I like it but don’t love it. DH is very good, I would buy DH Eau over it though for something a little more different than DHP and going soapier. I have VC&A Bois D’Iris and I would recommend that, great value for high quality. Adds some sugary elements to the DH style, I’ve heard it compares to Bois D’Argent from the Dior exclusive line which is far more expensive.

I haven't smelled any other Dior Homme flankers but I have a large bottle of Dior Homme Sport and I love love love this juice. It is neck and neck with my Chanele Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme.
I can easily do without dior homme intense I dont understand all the insanity over it 🤷♂️ but dior homme edt now thats a complete scent even the reformulated one is fantastic 👌 dior homme eau is also magnificent its gotten me the most unsolicited compliments in my entire collection which is shocking to me, also dior homme parfum 🙏 so glad I snagged a bottle of that while its still around.

Hi Carlos loved the video. One question I’ve wanted to ask is if Valentino Uomo Intense being discontinued. I’m from England and I’ve noticed that it’s becoming increasingly hard to find online and in department store. I’ve asked a sells rep and apparently due to valentino and L’Oreal joining together on future beauty projects they’re not producing the valentino perfume lines anymore. I’m scared can we check if this is true.

Now it is lighter despite the same formula code in bottles but it is definitely lighter and weaker than before. It became closer to DHI than before

DHP is THE BEST designer release in my opinion!
Love DH edt (11) for daily type wear...DHI for a bit more dressy ocassions and DHP for a night out on a date.
Olya was off the scale cute during this review, loved it. So I have a 100 ml DH original form that I cherish. Gorgeous juice, one of kind. DHI is too fem on me. Tried and tried to no avail. Smells FANTASTIC, but more suited to women. Would be very sexy on Olya for example. DHP is outstanding, but hard to find situations to use it. Very potent. Good work team! 🤙🏻

I have only tried the reformulated DH and DHI. I must say, I like DH and LOVE DHI. I own a bottle of both, and I’ll soon need a new one of DHI.
Carlos - At 1:51, you stated that they came out with a reformulated Dior Homme in 2011 which is correct but then you stated that DHI was reformulated but that wasn't until 2014 DHI was just released in 2011. DHI was reformulated in 2014 and maybe even before that, too. It was reformulated again in 2015 after the new IFRA rules came out. I'd be interested to hear your comments about the current version of DHI in terms of performance comparison as I'm sure the smell is nearly the same.
Dior is a brand I'd be afraid to go the discounter route with. I think I'd wait for the Macy's 15% off sales for Dior Homme and DHI. DHP is still available around the USA in the airport duty custom stores, I think.

Can you please help me find a perfume that looks really similar to this one? I saw it at the Athens airport in 2014 and it had the most beautiful smell! The cap looks exactly like Dior one but you can't remove it, it opens like a ring box and stays on the bottle! It came in 3 sizes I think! Please let me know if you know it! I've asked reddit over the years and noone knows what I'm talking about

Michael Andrews They’re probably discontinued in the US, but they are definitely still in production in Europe and are available in all parts of the world.

Dude, that happened to me to.. I love dior parfum, but when i wore it once, someone said it smelled like an older woman's perfume... I think its because the rose and powder shines in it when people smell it in the air. Shame... My new alternative is uomo intense. I dig that one.. probably my favorite currently.

I think olivier polge is the creater of dior homme intense vintage released in 2007 till earlier 2011 and francois Demach is the creater of Dior homme intense reformulated 2011 batch. My favorite from dior homme line is dior homme intense vintage.

What a lineup.
Bloody Dior, why oh why did they reformulate the intense version. It's become weak and hardly projects or lasts on my skin. I thought my new bottle was a fake hence made a complaint where I bought it from, that's before I saw a video talking about the reformulation.

That would have been a really interesting video. According to some, there are at least three formulations of DHI, the 2011 version, 2014 and 2015 to the present. I'm not sure if Carlos has access to all of them. Dior told me they're aware of the complaints of the weakness of the current version of DHI. That's why whenever anyone in a group says their scent of the day is DHI, it should be accompanied by a mention of the batch date (as should every video review of anything on RUclips).

Guys I'm confused , went to sephora before and they had 3 different versions .. I tried 2 of them .. the one I liked just said Dior homme on the bottle and was a light brown /bronze color .. it had a slight vanilla maybe a little leather in it .. that was great . Then I tried another bottle that said Dior homme for men which which in a clear maybe light blue bottle which I didn't like as much .. the dry down on the first one is great .. do you know by chance which one I'm referring to? I didn't realize there was that many .. I believe the one I liked said EDT on it
Mj312 there are a lot of dior homme flankers .. the blue bottle might be dior homme eau .. the one you liked might be dior homme .. but there are a few others .. dior homme intense & dior homme parfum & dior homme sport & dior homme cologne( this one might also be the one you disliked )
If i were you i would go for intense or parfum .. actually i went for both lol but test them and see for your self

I managed to buy a 75ml bottle of DH Parfum on Amazon recently for approx £72 (I live in the UK) after being out of stock for ages. Recently they do seem to be getting regular stock on Notino (UK), but they are currently retailing at £105 for 75ml... I had heard rumours of the Parfum coming back into stock around this time after some supply issues, but with a price hike, so it does appear to be the case with this one.
