Yes! Price isn’t a good indicator of weather something is good or not. I have some very inexpensive fragrances that can easily hold their own against expensive niche. ❤️

Good evening gorgeous. When you said that the Elizabeth Arden Green Tea was released in 1999. That was the year my youngest was born. Good year 🙌🏽. Wow 😮 you have such ani e collection. My daughter likes anything with a green tea 🍵 scent. I’m glad you brought up the Jessica Simpson Fancy love. My sister loves the same one. Your right TJMAX has a wide array of scent to find perfume on sale. I enjoy a mini bottle. Especially when traveling. I enjoy perfume with jasmine or gardenia. I should check my bath and body works scents. Their one in a million that has a gardenia scent. I should restock. Thank you for sharing your affordable fragrances.

Sarah Mayes I saw the Mariah Carey M at TJ Maxx, the big bottle but didn’t pick it up because I couldn’t remember what it smelled like lol
It’s good you didn’t blind buy it as some people really don’t like it. It’s a strange mix of fresh and gourmand notes that I really love but I think should be tested first. Also it doesn’t last very long so you did the right thing!

I had Fancy love years ago and it disappeared on me so quickly but I love the fancy, I still use that one ;)
That is the only thing about celebrity scents is that a lot of them don’t last long on the skin. 😕
Sarah Mayes the rebel le fluer And Sofia vergara and the fancy are my favorite celebrity scents. I do have can can burlesque, a small bottle. I usually mix it with perfumes I feel need a softness to them. I have muglers angel muse but I hate it on it’s own, it’s too cologne smelling so I’ll mix it with lighter more feminine scents. Since Fancy love doesn’t last long on it’s own, that might work well with that one. Who knows. I just started trying that. Honestly, I haven’t tried a lot of celebrity scents though for that reason, but these I’ve mentioned do last pretty good on me. Sometimes, I’ll rub extra virgin coconut oil on my skin, ( solid form) especially in the winter and it helps them to last a little longer

Talking about the least expensive perfumes, I love Emeraude by Coty, also L’Mont by Coty. The L’Mont is hard to find now. THsT was a nice flowery one for Summer.
I need to revisit some of those older Coty scents. 🥰

Sarah, sorry about all the comments but around this time of year is when I get excited about perfume because In the summer I don’t wear any, I’m in Texas and it’s just too hot. I use body sprays instead. Now, I’m excited because it’s cooler. I got the small size of the Micheal kors sexy ruby, I noticed it smells so similar to the Dior addict, the Dior one is stronger I think. have you smelled them both? I typically don’t go for that particular kind of scent but to me, it smells like Christmas and I just love it for that reason lol that’s the only way I know how to explain the scent. :) I’ll only purchase the small bottle because I want to wear it around the holidays ❤️

Sarah Mayes it’s kinda spicy but sweet like cinnamon, it’s not overpowering though, but there’s not actually any cinnamon in it lol

My favorite cheapie is Vanilla Fields. I finally picked up Pink Sugar after resisting for years... it’s so yummy! Have you tried Gold Sugar? It’s very coconutty!
I had a friend in high school that wore vanilla fields and I have been wanting to fin a vintage bottle of it. 😊 I haven’t tried gold sugar yet but if I ever come across it I will definitely pick it up. I love coconut. 💕

I just ordered Jimmy Choo Exotic a fruitchouli. Of course It’s not the right season for it but I had to have it. I remember when I was in South Florida at a Japanese restaurant a woman had it on and it was intoxicating. It was limited edition a few different years and they made different color bottles each year. I got the original 2014 in the red bottle. If you have enough maybe you can make a fruitchouli video of you haven’t already.

Great video, Sarah. Just wondering - does the quality of such inexpensive fragrances bother you? I blind buy these all the time but tend to only spray them on my clothes and not directly on my skin. Maybe it’s just me...
The quality doesn’t bother me as far as not wanting to apray them on my skin but I can totally understand why it would bother some. They are probably made with more synthetic ingredients but salt most perfumes are these days. 😞

would you say “Fancy” is a good scent for a 17 year old or is it too grown? It sounds divine!
I would Day it’s probably fine for a 17 year old. It’s not a super sophisticated scent and it wears of rather quickly. I think it would be a great starter perfume. ☺️
does it really? I heard it was long lasting & can last for at least 4 hours which is what I was hoping for since I plan on wearing it to school
I would say 4 hours is what you could expect from Fancy. It has about a mid-range longevity. It probably won’t last an entire 8 hour day but it won’t wear off right away either. I hope that helps! ☺️

Am I the only one that thinks Fancy Love smells really close to Burberry the original Burberry fragrance for women? I love fancy love and as soon as I got it and smelled it I immediately thought of Burberry. LOL

It smells almost the exact same to me! I love Burberry classic too and was actually thinking of buying a second bottle of it but after I got fancy love, I decided not to. Burberry is more woody tho (at least for me) and I like it a touch more than fancy love (which is a tad sweeter).

My gram where’s jovan musk (the oil type) I believe around 7 bucks . And it lasts soooo lonnnngg! Everything she has smells like it . It’s a nice classic sweet warm powdery smell too.

I Fancy You by Jessica Simpson is another flanker besides Fancy, Fancy Love(the best of them), and Fancy Nights(*disliked). The bottle was very pretty, and the juice inside a pale blue, but there were notes in it that I did not care for. It was not sweet, or fresh per se. I guess kind of soapy and musk notes.

I really like though the "I fancy you" one. It's fresh, hardly sweet, lightly flowery sent for me.
I enjoy spraing it as transition from winter to chill spring or spring as an every day parfume.
True it's hardly noticeable but love it. It's like the green tea line for me. 😶😉
