I wanted to play this game so badly back in the day, but the DC wasn’t as import friendly as the Saturn at that time. I do remember reviews mentioning the difficulty seeing through Cotton whilst flying around, but I didn’t care, it looked so nice. Hopefully the upcoming remake will address most of the issues. Optional save states sound like a must! 🍬 🍬 🍬
The new remake is doing quite a lot to fix the experience, the view is much better, there's lock-on targeting and Cotton moves out of the way of the of the reticle now
I prefer vertical or side scrolling shooters to third person. I just can't get the hang of it and my character is always in the way. Had that same problem with Space Harrier. Fun video. 🍬
I do! I just don't want to make the same observations. If the structure wasn't so similar i'd defintely do them again... and who knows, maybe in 5 years i'll be gagging for another Skies playthrough and maybe may a new one
