I’m really sorry for bothering you with this again, but I only want to bring attention to what’s been happening here since I know you and the prince are both fans of Tennis. (I’m a professional Saudi tennis player btw) As I said in the previous video tennis has been hit and ignored severely in the last 4 years.. and our sport will die if no one makes action. I will lay out the issues we’re having so that I hope you can help bring attention to this. 1. Shortage of courts: Many courts have closed down and the rest are too expensive! 2. The tennis federation stopped taking the game seriously and they made the matches and the season way shorter than before (they did that probably for the sake of their lazy umpires who don’t care about the game and don’t want to spend too much time on court) 3. Padel coming to the scene made private businesses switch their tennis courts to padel courts… even the tennis federation is now busy creating padel tournaments.. can you believe it! 4. No effort has been put to bring the thousands of expats who play tennis and live in KSA to participate and mingle with the Saudi players… we desperately need bridge that gap. 5. Lastly, the process to switch from one club to another is basically nonexistent… if you get stuck with a club who doesn’t care about you or tennis they can choose to not release your name and you won’t be able to further pursue your athletic career and dreams. Us professional players need protection! I’m sorry for the long essay.. I appreciate you reading though. God bless you and all your beautiful efforts.
I agree with HRH's opinion on 'free speech' and the education system as it currently stands in most countries... Still not sure about the 'cultured meat' & 'climate change' subjects though because there are other perspectives for those who choose to do some research & read. But this was a good conversation, Mo! 👍🏾
Definitely different opinions on the "cultured" meat and climate change. I'm firmly against HRH idea of food security. I'd much rather see him moving towards reclaiming the desert, increasing farming and animal grazing. There's been 30 year old studies showing in South Sub-Saharan Africa, how they've been reclaiming Saharan desert for farming and grazing.

The only thing is the it's 'commercial farming' that has gotten us in the situation we are in where food is 'farmed and pumped with hormones & GMOs AND animals mistreated' to meet demand and accelerate 'food readiness' to be on 'our plates'... You might ask, so who owns & subsidize these 'farms' or got us to the point we are now... It certainly isn't the 'small-time farmers'... Either way, it's a long debate but as the Quran said & I'm paraphrasing here 'they will change their garments but you will know them by their fruit!'.

They have the opportunity to do things right, and a blank canvas on which to work. There are incredible accomplishments being made with heterogeneous crop farming, planting two or more complimentary crops side by side increasing yield, as well as rotating farmland, so that you don't burn the soil by overplanting and then becoming reliant on pesticides and fertilizers. With the meat industry, it's a whole other beast where chains need to be broken, and regulation put in place, especially for the majority Muslim consuming market. The humane treatment of the animal is first and foremost for it to even be halal, I don't know how these huge conglomerates are managing this adequately for us when they supply non Muslims as well, and to my knowledge observe the minimum requirements to label the meat halal.
