no issue bro in my laptop, maybe just update driver/downgrade or setting in lenovo vantage gpu only, & try set power battery perfomance to 99% in battery setting

Yes and official in this game setting u can set FSR 3 Frame generation ON for all gpu.
But for other games, u can use MOD FSR 3/Frame generation.
