Nellikka. 3/4 kg.
Ginger. 1 big piece
Green chilli. 8
Garlic. 3 bunches
Red chilli powder. 2 tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder. 7 tbsp
Turmeric powder. 1 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek. 1 1/2 tsp
Mustard. 2 tsp
Salt, asafoetida powder, curry leaves,
Water, sesame oil, vinegar as needed
