You can tell Ronnie spent a lot of time with Alex and it helped him hone in on his growl. Even his live performance of watch the world burn he was sounding demonic. He just keeps adding to his arsenal. Awesome he paid homage and battled Alex at the end too.
Idk Ronnie is actually insane at low vocals it's just never fit the vibe for any songs he has done. This is definitely the most desth metal song they have ever done

@@1banez in the recorded version it is him. He confirmed this on TikTok. But I think when they are live they have someone else do that part so it flows where he would otherwise have to take too long of a breath (something that can easily be fixed on recordings with editing different takes together) and possibly to ensure his voice lasts the entire set without straining it too much. I know he does a lot of vocal work and care with steam before going live so maybe this was a decision that was made bc of that? Not sure, just an assumption.
But when you see him singing on screen he has confirmed that the vocals matching up are his!😃

I love how Ronnie did this. He could’ve gone radio bop with Tech Nine to get some cash flow for other projects but instead they went heavy as fuck. They went way out in left field and made a track that doesn’t emulate anything else out there right now.

I wouldn’t say it’s original, I mean the sound kinda reminds me of a less and also more pissed off Knocked Loose. Probably just me though. But this is like some sort of core mixed with thall. At least with metal. Now adding the rap into it, they’ve already done this with watch the world burn.
@@shoesr21 With Watch the World Burn def did show me at least that rap+metal could fit very well together. Even in that song you have sections that are clearly influenced by tech, drake, em and maybe other artists. This I would say is a variance of it quite a bit heavier, different screams, growls, more aggressive drums with a bit less rapping than WtWB and it seems like Alex has rubbed off on Ronnie's screams in the song. Apparently people who keep up with social media and this kind of sphere knew that tech was into heavy metal and a RUclips creator did a reaction of WtWB with someone close to Tech and pretty much made it all happen which was confirmed by Ronnie. For me however I was completely blindsided by it, and regardless of if there is songs or artists who have done something comparable I still think it was an amazing experience. Can't wait to see them live in concert when they get to my area.
Ronnie has been improving his screams like all other skills! Ronnie was over the top with this one not only by bringing the masterful Tech-Nina and Alex Terrible into this, but by having THE Jason Richardson write in the guitar and the aazing Luke Holland compose the drums.
Hoping to see more of them in future songs. 😊

Just to confirm, yes that is Alex Terrible at the end, and thats his mask that falls into the lava. The more you listen to it the more you can tell that guttural "doom slayer" growl. If oyu also notice, the lyrics make sense for all three of these artists; Tech is the OG blacklist rapper who can never break through despite being easily one of the top 5 rappers ever, We all know Ronnie is constantly trying to be cancelled, and Alex has come over an insane amount of fire since hitting the main because of his views. Theyre all hated by the industry but are the best in each of their areas.

I haven't personally experienced much hatred for Alex but that might be my personal taste and also reaction bias haha.
@@FaDe587 because Alex has classical ideas and sticks to them. He doesn't change his ideals to go with the flow and gain social approval of the masses. He is truly a "punk" mentality. And tech has been blackballed for decades because he also refuses to do the bidding of the industry. There was an issue early in his career that made him go solo, and the industry can't stand success that isn't controlled by them or giving them their cut. Independently successful is the devil to the music industry; always has been, probably always will be.

They have a new album releasing in August called Popular Monster originally it was supposed to be a 5 song EP called Neon Zombie but Ronnie wrote more songs so it became a full 11 song album
Ronnie does his own low voice. When the demon shows up, he and Alex go back and forth, Ronnie doing his own part and Alex doing the demon. They then scream over each other at the end.

didn't know Tech N9ne but the mix is perfect. Falling in reverse is out of limits and as an artist I can only admire what they are doing. Great work, saying f*ck to the mainstream, doing what they love. Just great work and a favorite of mine. With Tech N9ne they just are evolving and for me it's just about respecting each other in what they are doing. If you listen to Ronnie's stuff with Escape the Fate.. you'd realize that is Ronnie's voice before he jumps to the helicopter and that he has gone that low before.
Possible video sequence:

I'm responding to a few people that I like to watch reacting to Falling in Reverse videos. A lot of people say "what the hell was this video about what did I just watch I'm so confused "and other things like that. Well if you look at it as Ronnie's has actually entered into a video game and at the end he's fighting the big boss it's a lot easier to understand the franticness of the song and the video itself. Now I could be way off track here it might have been something deep that he was trying to convey but I think it's just a continuation of his gaming that he does online all the time. What it is is he's in a video game. The guy at the end is the big boss and if you noticed he didn't kill him yet. There might be a continuation of this thing but that's just my take on it.
BTW, I love your reaction to Ren's 'Ready for You'. I must have watched 20 reactions to that video and you are the only one that said something about that one part where he is inhaling at the same time that his voice is projecting. Your reaction was the same one that I had. Oh my God that's insane how did he do that? I'll be honest I've kind of fallen off of Ren's music since Animal Flow I haven't really cared that much for it.. I'd like to see him get back into rock a little bit more not that I don't like rap. As a matter of fact Ren is the reason I got into liking rap. I just found a couple things that I didn't like that I saw and I said I'm just going to leave it alone and I have tried listening to some of the stuff that he's put out since he got back from his first treatments and I'm just not hearing the same creativity and individual growth that I thought I would I don't know if you wrote a lot of that after he got back but I think that maybe being sick was when he was the most creative. I like all the stuff that was in his catalogs before 'Hi Ren' which is a true masterpiece of a song.
I don't know if you answer this but I have to ask a musician something that I noticed that doesn't make much sense about Ren. You might think I'm crazy but the one that they call Baby Ren ..the one that was in Trick The Fox and the Children of the Moon video doesn't seem to sing or even look like the Ren we have now. I really listened and watched very very closely and they do not have singing styles that are at all similar. Even if he had reinvented himself it would seem that some of that old time run would come through the with the more breathy vocals and the range that was a little bit more limited. I have never ever once thought of them being the same person they seem completely different to me and by the way they're calling him baby run but in children of the Moon video he was 21 or 22 years old I can't see that he would look that much different 6 years later. I have seen one picture especially of the Ren we have now when he was younger and it does not look like the one in the trick the fox videos at all. That's why I just said you know what I really don't like the newer stuff anyway so I'm kind of kind of drifted off because I just feel as though there's some type of deception there but I could be way off I mean they talked just to like there's no doubt about that it's probably the same person but I just cannot bring myself to look at it that way.
