CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS DRINK MIXING RATIO?... I'll explain. I'm making an Aqua Velva which takes 1.25 oz Gin, 1.25 oz Vodka, and .75 oz Blue Curacao. However my glasses are a bit bigger than this original recipe calls for, so I upped the proportion of Gin and Vodka from 1.25 oz to 2 oz. Keeping the ratio the same with the extra Gin and Vodka how much Blue Curacao do I add? In the original formula .75 oz of Blue Curacao is 60% volume compared to 1.25 oz. So with the Gin and Vodka at 2 oz, how much Blue Curacao do I use keeping the ratio the same?

Could you explain how is someone suppose to interpret a phrase of "This is a higher ratio" vs "This has a lower ratio". For example, If someone says "This item has a higher surface area ratio" does this mean the surface area number is higher than the volume? I know a sphere has slower surface area compared to a cube with the same volume. So would I say the cube has a higher surface area ratio?
