I just saw Jon Anderson talking for the first time in an interview the other day. It is his accent, which sounds almost Irish, that IMOHO makes him sound so awesome. He is definitely one of the best singers of all time. Now that I have heard him speak in an interview, I can hear the unique phrasing in his singing.

I can still hear his Lancashire twang when he talks, I'm from the same place as him.

They were never really appreciated for their technical prowess in the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s or the 20th century.
None of them were ever higher than 25, and I think Chris Squire was the only one I ever saw, and Google searched each instrument.
Which is kinda funny considering that Steve Howe was voted best guitarist by the readers of Guitar World magazine 1976-1980, that’s right 5 years in a row. The only reason he didn’t win in 1981 is a cause GW opened their HOF, with Howe as their first inductee, which disqualified him from the yearly poll.
They had to give the others a shot at the title;)

For the guitar players, that little 15-17 slide in the intro is tricky. It seems easy but not. 13)12-15/17/15 high e 16/17 on the b

I don't mean to be a negative Nancy, but this is literally the worst version I've ever heard. That keyboard effect doesn't match the song.
