very cool! I've heard that UV curing the resin for way longer than you normally would (like, hours) can help reduce the outgassing of volatiles which can mess with even the most bulletproof primer.

I havent done much, or any? on a model like this before, but the advice i got for making the house while painting was to to an extremely light coat to start, and then with similar light coats layer accordingly. this prevents bleeding and i *think* it helps to prevent the paint from pulling up when removing. Anyway, I obviously havent finished watching so I'll wait and see what your final solution was. HEY look at that! you're doing the many many thin coat method I suggested! @@JoshForeman you'd make it maleable by plunging it in hot water, comform the shape to your model, carefully cut any extra, and then you get a reusable solid mask to the shape of your toy that you can use with an airbrush
