I like how these runs started out like, "Yeah. I'm going to set it to 1.5x speed. 30-minute runs. Nice and quick.", and now you're uploading runs that go on for well over an hour. Thanks for the great content. :)
The ability(green) talents don't just disappear when you get 4 of them. They transform into rare talents making it kind of optimal to fill them up as fast as possible.
Those quiver talents do alot more than you think. That passive chance you had to just fire orbital arrows is a quiver talent. Your orbital arrows because they are just basic attacks can also inherit these quiver talents too
Not that the last talent package would've done anything for you, but that last talent tree was diabolical. Imagine getting that one at the start. You'd be so mad
If you see a talent package or legendary that isn't lit up, it usually means it's way further than you think. Even though it's physically close, the path there is long, like you saw at the end there lol.
The talent where your arrows do more damage the further they fly plus the fact that projectils in this game get bigger as more damage they do makes some very cool synergy with the orbital arrows.
Absolutely pass up the bonus package for bountiful harvest. 100% the strongest first package for archer. Reduces activation count for bounties and gives you bounty abilities. Raw attack speed and damage that is on most the time is incredible and will save you on hard runs. They stack. So when you activate brutal bounty you get 3 base damage for each one you have. The XP bonus epic it gives is also great early game. I also recommend straight through as all crits pierce, which is a huge damage multiplier once you have a high cri chance which you eventually always will. I believe crit mults also stack. If an epic gives your triple it really gives you +1x. So that with the 4x one should give you 5x. There is a legendary you can unlock in challenge mode that increases fire rate cap to .01 seconds on archer. Field research is absolutely insane. Find a couple arcane batteries early and they will pay mad XP dividends.
At 31:40 when you stoping the auto fire is bad, it is infact not bad. You only had to stop firing for 8 seconds PLUS you can manually fire your auto attacks. Manual firing is basically required for the early game of some of the characters like Bandit
I wonder if that 3 kills per crit applies to bounties too. Bringing that down to 5 kills per xp bag (or 3 with those juicy rares that bring that number down for bounties) is wild.
I got night 34 and hit a client crash T-T Anyways, you should consider the other endless mode for videos. Just one final night that lasts as long as you can survive (roughly 3m for strong builds). If you didnt see, the challenges also unlock new options for each character if youre interested.
From experience you get 1 legendary and 3-4 talent packs per tree on a regular run. Until talent packs run out anyway. Skills turn into random rare talents when you pick up a skill that has duplicates on the tree or when you fill your skill slots. Also do some challenges, you unlock skins and legendary skills for the characters and some are pretty fun. Keep up the good work and show me a good run with the last character (I've yet to have a good one even though I beat mastery 25 with a couple of the other characters). Edit: There's also about 5 portals per tree. Don't know about keyboard, but on the controller you can hold the buttons to cast skills, even multiple at once, so they all cast when off cd. You can get multiple of the same epic with the Bandit, don't know about other classes.
@@iampotsataja I had a wizard run that got so many levels I eventually stopped seeing epics (and legendaries) altogether because I had them all. Only had rares and commons after going through the last 2 portals in my run. Haven't played much bandit yet though so maybe he's different.
@@joegaudi yeah, bandits start is rough, but I've definitly had that extra bullet per shot epic at least 3 times on a run. Was suprised too, but it kinda makes sense when you can buy epics from the shop. Even tho I like the concept of the alchemist, I feel his start is somehow even harder. I guess a build just hasn't clicked for me yet. Balancing resources, mixing skills and getting lucky with the tree seems so much more necessary and having multiple nova skills early to not get overrun on all sides. Comperatively the wizard, summoner and archer are like playing easy mode.
Night 44 on a busted wizard run. Probably could have done better but my speed was on 2x and I died before i even knew I was in danger. Btw your speed stays at whatever it was before choosing endless.
Also you fire orbitals via a quiver talent so the rares that increased quiver trigger chance were good for you. Also the one that decreased the minimum kills for bounties, cause you had the epic that gives exp every 30 kills. For that same reason the epic that automatically triggers bounties was also decent.
@@joegaudi It was pretty frustrating watching him "yo yo yo" over the XP bounty and then proceed to immediately say that talents which decrease requirements for bounties and proc them automatically aren't worth it..
@ygresr2529 To be fair it's definitely hard to keep track of everything you have synergies for and the game itself could definitely benefit from a screen that lists your talents and what benefit they give, as well as tags for each (i.e. Projectile, Quiver, Bounty, directional, etc).
i was cringing so much over the fact that you didnt remember that xp up you left at the very start and then you said things like xp up would be good.. i just make a mental note "hey, there is an xp up down there" bruh you got it 2 mins after i sent this message

That last tree was absolutely savage lol. GG
The warrior has a talent package where knock back really shines

bro the bounties did so much work, just take the xp talents, you cant go wrong with them, they literally pay by themselves unless ur close to death

I love the long endless nights. It's just so satisfying to see how far a broken build can go.
Alchemist is so rewarding to learn, good luck!
Instead of tower defense this could be classified as a bullet heaven
rogue defense of heaven
thank you for addressing the criticisms on your last bandit run

Woooohoooo lfg love watching these videos for this game 🎉
Anyone know the song he has In the background?
It's all the in game music!
@Haelian thank you

@@joegaudi Yea absolutely, it was just the immediacy of it lol. No hard feelings, it was a great run either way!
it would be interesting if they let you fight against multiple nights of enemies at once
The other endless option runs the night infinitely until you die so it's kinda like that

I am the person who got the 69th like. I had no other contribution to this video whatsoever.
You can look at all the talents, stats and enemy stats in the ESC menu.
