    FeO(s) + C(s) --> Fe(s) + Co(g)
    ng = 1 - 0 = 1
    ∆G° = + ve
    Non Spontaneous
    FeO(s)+CO(g)-->Fe(s)+CO2(g)
    ng = 1 - 1 = 0
    ∆G° = 0
    Co having low ∆G° then C
    So *Co* consider as good reducing agent

    CO is better reducing agent.
    Because it is below the graph of metal oxide.

    Tq mam I have one doubt mam last case la 3parts la 1st and 2nd part la carbon reacts with oxygen to give carbon monoxide in this case neenga no of moles changed la product la co so u take one mole in reactant side c+O2 u take one mole in oxygen why u take moles in carbon. We take mole from product_reactant gives no of moles reacted so we take mole from carbon also mam apaa change in moles is negative only

      But haa ye baat sahi hai ki unhone marks ke liye nahi knowledge ke liye kari thi.
      But yaar ye jo marks hai na ye na ho to sab padhna hi chodh denge kyuki insaan tabhi padhta hai jab use kisi cheez ka dar ho and ye log bada kehte hai ki nahi mujhe to padhne mai interest hai but seriously kisi ka hota nahi hai.
      Or last mai yahi kahunga ki padho jaroor khoob padho but target knowledge ko rakho marks to khud aa hi jayenge phir..
