Dalton is so adorable
Thank you!
Your son is so well behaved & helpful
Yes he's a good boy
Again, love the voice-overs...so much more interesting than the other way.
Glad you like them!
Great buys. Hello Dalton u are such a cutie and great little helper❤
Thank you 🤗he says hello 👋
Great finds! Those crochet throws were so niceky done! My mom was a lifetime crochet expert, she taught for years. The one with the long obling sections....that style is named "mile a minute" blankets. They go quickly and are very easy to work on while waiting or watching tv. Great pick ups on the Johnson Bros, I never find it anymore. I really need a Dalton to help me shop and try out furniture!
Lol lol he was enjoying that part for sure!
At the 13:08 was a visions cookware pot. It looked like a medium sized one with lid. Depending on size, single ones CAN go for $25 and up. For me, they’ve always sold best in fall & winter.
When shipping, pack the insides of the pots to help reduce chance of breakage while shipping.
Good to know thank you!
Great finds! ❤
Thanks for watching
I have started making bird feeders out of teacups and saucers, and teapots (the ones that aren't worth more than $20. I'm also going to make mini bird baths with plates and vases/glasses. While going thru my Death pile, I'm pulling out cute things that just aren't worth listing & shipping alone and matching them up to create super cute things that I'm going to sale at craft fairs and may try listing a few online with the smaller ones.
Oh i used to do that about twenty years ago it was fun! I had them all over my yard!
I love watching your videos. I live south of you. When you said you couldn’t think because of the heat in one of your last videos, I completely felt your pain.
It happens :-)
those shelves are so full,,, party,, party,, visual party,,,
Lol lol yes they are
The little hand wave !👋❤
👋 🫂
Hi Dalton, hi all! Great finds, Tfs!
Thanks for watching!
Amazing haul Kat. Dalton, as usual, was a little gentleman looking after his mama! ❤ See you in the next one👋
Yes he's a great kid! See you soon
Yep, I was slacking a bit that day! 🤪🤪
Lol lol
As you probably know, I do all kind of crafts with trifted things. I make vignettes with some hard good items. I am working on my new line of purses, handmade by Miracle Designs. I recycle jeans, clothes and anything else I can use for them.
Yes some great work too!
I am amazed at how you can spot those tervis cups 😂. Great video . Dalton is such a great helper. We like to repurpose lamps and make yard art from them .
Ohhhh that's cool!
Dalton is precious😊
Thank you!
Dalton is such a good helper. Enjoyed the shopping. You picked up some great things today. I have the collection of the Johnson Brothers and I just love setting my table at Christmas.
That is awesome! I really love their pieces
❤ I love that little papasan chair for Dalton
Yes it's perfect for him to watch TV in his room!
I found a crochet Poncho it sold fast. I always dig in the yarn .Wool sells so quick. Get watching you shop while sit in the AC.
It was HOTTTT for us today we had to pack a bunch in the house storage area and it wasmiserable (I ordered a new ac for it today but it won't be here for 8 days)
That hanging glass “ornament” at 4:01 is actually for an air plant. (There was a round one near that one too.) You put a little Spanish moss or some other kind of filler in the bottom & put the air plant on top. The hole on the front is used to have access to spray the plant once a week. Put a ribbon through the top & hang it up. I had a similar one 🙂
They're neat but so so thin!
@@katstreasurehunting definitely! Not worth reselling for sure.
Those throws were great! Dalton's chair is nice too! 😊
I think so too! So nicely done and he's loving his chair!
Always fun! Thanks for sharing.😉👍❤️
Thanks for watching!
The little brown pottery dish from Spain maybe a tapas dish from Liidls You buy frozen food in them when Lidls have a Spanish week.
Interesting! I didn't know that thank you!
Enjoyed the video thank you for sharing. I can remember when my daughter was little her dad's mom took her to cabbage patch land she was able to see how there made or they say you can see them born. Lol it's kinda neat to see from start to finish. 😊
Oh that sounds neat! I loved them when I was younger I had quite a few!
I buy as many craft items as possible from thrift stores and ebay. Ribbon, deco mesh, fat quarters, faux flowers, buttons, rice paper for decoupage, transfers, Prema moulds or transfers, etc. - IOD (Iron Orchid Design) moulds or transfers would be a jackpot!
What do you use them for?
@@katstreasurehunting I use the moulds to fancy up old thrift store plain Jane frames, or jugs or anything plain ceramic or wood. If you watch The Provencial Farmhouse on RUclips, you can see someone who does an excellent job at it. I'm not nearly at her level, and I like color where she likes neutral, but you can see moulds and transfers there.
I thought I had the only grandson named Atlas! My youngest daughter’s son is named Malachi Atlas and his late grandfather was half Greek so it’s an apt name. I liked your video, I like all your videos, keep them coming and I can’t wait to watch your upcoming Beach Towel educational video. Love from Hartselle Alabama.
So cool! I hadn't heard of a child named atlas before either but i love the name !
When I first started watching thrifting videos I watched yours and would see the Nurse Flipper but didn't watch her. I would think The Nurse Flipper sure does favor that other lady I wonder if they are related. LOL
LOL :D
Totally off-topic, but this is really bugging me. Shouldn’t “eggcelent” have two Ls? I always enjoy your thrifting videos!
LOL I do not know cause I don't think it's a real word so not sure the rules
great haul Kat!!!!!
Thank you!! 😊
I like tervis glasses. They don't sweat.
Lol me too a little too much 🤣
Maintaining a higher profit sure helps me keep a lot of crap at bay and my shelves clearer. I have a bunch of Tervis too from before my store change. 😂 it never dawned on me to pick pieces of dish sets out that sell better. 😮
Lol lol i keep obtaining them 🤣 😂 😅 i could have a tervis antique booth lol
@@katstreasurehunting 😂 I’ll join you!
Fellow local thrifter here, can you please share how you get Keys red marker off stuffed animals, cork, pictures, ect..tyia!
You can't we just mark over it with black sharpie in a square
How do you remove the price from the item if it's written right on the item? Also, I'm curious to know what Marsha picked up that you missed. Does she have a RUclips channel? I enjoy your videos and have learned a few things from you.
We don't if it's not porous we mark over it with a black marker. She does have a channel red Cardinal treasures!
Love pier 1 rae dunn crate and barrel
And probably Pottery Barn too.
Yes some of my favorites as well!
What are your thoughts on Waterford Crystal vases and dishes?
I look them up, some are worth good money, but a lot aren't. It depends on how rare the piece is and what the demand is. I just won a big lot of waterford off of auction yesterday that should bring a good profit
17:50, did that one sell already? Can't see it in your eBay store... thank you!
Nope it's right here www.ebay.com/itm/156287912467 :-)
How do you get the red marker off of the items? The ones that are on the actual item, not the stickered ones.
If they're porous it doesn't come off. We just mark over it with a black marker
I just noticed the comforter I bought the next day is on this video at 1626 but you can’t tell it’s Waverly because the striped side is showing. It has a really pretty floral print on the other side
Ohhhh it was at this one not the Inverness one?
@@katstreasurehuntingyes I get them all mixed up lol
Do you just clip the GoPro on your shirt?
I use a magnetic necklace that goes under my shirt and the go pro attaches over my shirt to it so it looks like it's floating
what did Marsha find that made you jelly? I can't find it.
A giant stack of vintage hankies
@@katstreasurehunting LOL, I've never done good with hankies...
I'm not familiar with these stores. What is the name? It sounds like you're saying Key Training?
They are Key Training this one is in Lecanto, there are also locations in Inverness, Homosassa and Wildwood
😂😅😊
I Christmas shop year round. If I see something I think the person will like I go ahead and get it.
Yes i do that too!
How can I send a picture of one of my thrift crafts?
e-mail me at thenurseflipper@yahoo.com
