I visited San Diego about a year ago. Everything was as advertised. Beautiful weather, great food, nice people. It is indeed a great place to jack it.

As a resident of San Diego... They must have come here on vacation recently. That zoo entrance and Coronado hotel look on point. Got the Gaslamp district and Old town even. Only missed Balboa but even then they got the Zoo which is there anyways.

He was tested at the hospital he was taken to and all they found was that he was dehydrated and in need of sleep. He was not high on drugs and he did not jack off in the streets.
