Set 1 and Set 3 would both be good investments IMO. They are both highly focused on their classes - so if you like Ranger, Cleric, and Guardian more than Warrior, Mage, Tamer, and Assassin, then you'll probably get more stuff you like out of Set 3! They'll both have cards you'll want to play in any deck as well, too - but if you want to figure out which to pick, go with which classes you like more!
