They speak fluent english because 1.Jennie grew up in New Zealand 2.Lisa is Thai, her step father speaks english 3.Rosé was born in New Zealand and grew up in Australia. that's why they speak good english without any korean accent. their accent very different. especially Jennie's and Rosé. 4.Jisoo speaks a little bit english but still learning.
