Oh, the little blue birds that you called blue jays, I would love to find a pair of them. And I would have purchased the whimsical owl. Too cute! Having worked as a vet tech, I learned what amazing birds owls are. And those who rescue them can attest that they are very playful creatures. They love to be shown affection by their human parents, and they love to play with them. I'm glad you're over your aversion to them. Well, now we have to wait patiently until you upload the second half of your shopping trip. Thank you for sharing.
On the bottom shelf behind those colourful flat circular things you bought there was a white glass lamp with a hurricane type top and the base had bobbles around the edge of the saucer shape. I had a pair of those in yellow glass with painted flowers that I let my daughter have when she begged for them years and years ago, and they are long gone now, she cant even remember them, but I did like them and have never seen any like them again until just now! I love glass and they are very pretty lamps, because the whole hurricane shade glowed when they were switched on. Very nice in a lady's boudoir. 😊 if I found them again I'd buy them, but I live in Alberta and I'm stuck at home because I'm immune comprised so I'm out of luck, no thrifting for me. You have such fabulous stores there for thrifters, I get very jealous! 😉
I agree about the booths needing to be customer friendly. I love shopping antique malls and I can't tell you how many times I've skipped a booth completely because it's so overcrowded I couldn't even step inside to try and get to the items I wanted to see in the back. Or where items are stacked precariously on top of each other in a jumbled mess. Makes for a nerve-wracking shopping experience! Awesome video as usual, now I'm off to check out part 2 😊 ~Caroline
Just an humble idea. Antique malls and such could do very well if they showed 'shopping videos' on line from time to time. Selling items as they go! Love you and your videos! So glad I wasn't with you this time - I'd have broke Hubbies bank! lol That elongated bowl w/ the birds on edge!!! Safe travels! :)
I love the Pennsylvania Dutch hex signs. I have only found two in the wild so far. But I will add to my kitchen walls as I do. I also have one of those vintage how-to-draw/paint booklets and hope to make my own someday.
Log the doggies pastels art piece. The bowl with all the tiny birds was beautiful. Love the planter with the hound dog, pump and water trough. OMG that owl! Fun place.
Yea! You got the Hex signs this time! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 And they’re the larger ones! So very cool! Oh I have a think for the gold vanity pieces! They’re the one thing that I hoard.
Love your videos my friend!! You are an amazing person!! Love you and your channel!! God bless you and your family!! Much love!! 🥰🥰💖💖💙💙💜💜🙏🙏🌹🌹🌺🌺💚💚💚❤️❤️❤️💜💜💜🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🦜🦜🦜🦜
Amen to the show the pricing especially when in locked cabinets. I hate having to get someone to come and unlock the cabinet for me. Many a times, a person can't be found, or they are busy with another person, and I don't like waiting when I could be looking for more treasures.
I have a few pieces of the Franciscan, woodland mushroom dinnerware, love it for Fall, but because I don’t have enough for a full table setting of it, I mix it up with my earth tone Fiestaware! I really love the mugs, I feel so retro/hip when drinking my mocha from them!
Watkins pure vanilla extract was the best. Everyone in America had the Shirley Temple blue pitcher or they were knocked off in the seventies along with lots of other items like R.S. Prussia. Maybe the candle holder had a highly polished reflecting piece in the slot to make it give off more light or held a snuffer?
That blue decanter at 23:10 is a Jim Beam whiskey decanter from 1973, I think. I just found one for a good price and am waiting for it to be shipped now. I've been wanting one for a while to keep my Jeannie bottle company.
I think those "blue Jays" were actually little mountain blue birds. You see them a lot in the mountains of Colorado and in the Black Hills in South Dakota!
I need to use a walker right now and getting into many vendor booths is a struggle. The booth owners cram so much into the booth I cannot get in to see anything. They also leave pictures and mirrors lines all along the floor making them tripping hazards. Please pass this information on.
I don't use a Walker right now but I did after heart surgery and I agree with you completely. Even wearing bifocals glasses can make you miss things out of the sides, peripheral vision is a bit impaired so it's scary in close tight spaces in case you bump into something. I don't go into tiny tight spaces any more.
How much was that brass horse box, I love it so much.and hope all is really great for you today and I was waiting on this video I got so excited when I saw you pop up.you are the best out of all the antique sellers and I learn so much and thank you.
Great tour, and company. I used to collect the Georgian green glass, you hardly ever see it now. I grew tired of it as I grew older, to much clutter. HA!
It does not make sense to spend $85 on an item that only sells for $119. The fees would be around $13 leaving just about $30 of profit, the shipping time and hassle is worth more than that - now had it been $40 I would have jumped on it!
Best piece of advice from this video was about putting something you may have that's signed and marked but you can't find any other info on auction. I have a piece that's signed and marked but I haven't found anything even close
Oh Danni, I think you'll get a kick out of this. After you mentioned the site where the fancy lamp couldd go I, being unfamiliar with it, decided to check it out. Problem is, I thought you said Cherish dot com so that's where I went. Ummmmm, it pulled up a dating site for cougars (as in older women/younger men). 😂🤣 Imagine my surprise that you were sourcing for them! Thought it would give you a laugh, it did me.
somebody help me ! at 22;21 Danni is at one of her favorite booths she's explaining that some dealers will work with you on price on a glass shelf there is 2 pieces of white coral and to the left is a white glazed animal I think maybe a mountain goat? I would love to have this piece. Tried looking up key words but couldn't find anything close. lots of taxidermy heads UGH! Anybody know anything about this piece? It's not haeger is it?
You could call the Charleston Antique Mall the dealer is on the far row away from the cashier and at the corner where there is a break between front and back booths. Hope that helps!
I think the horse was $125, I didn't check prices on the swans but you could call the Charleston Antique Mall - they were on the farthest row from the cash register about 3 up from the front or so.
Like the Boy George📻🎶🎤 The Who Bruce thanks for cancel him out picking up in the back ground. Got me 💃again as l big fan when young adult, memories lol😉love your enthusiasm. Lots out breaks of C19VIRUS so please be safe with the wipes gel since like to touch alot no🧤 l not fan of India brass or the crazy lamp lady you mention . 🦉s we have fans here saved few in my life time . Ohh that bird plate.... gorgeous

That owl was adorable. I love owls. We have owls that roost in our trees, their hooting can send chills up your spine, but I still love them.

Bird dish says ‘Birds for sale Paris at Jollain Street S Jacques” 🤓🥰
Hi There, The slot on the candle holder is for a matchbox.
Oh thanks!

The alligator set was fabulous 🤓
I've never seen anything like that before.
And I find another year ago film. Great stuff in the Mall. I loved that Fitz and Floyd
Platter.
So cool, so brightly colored! You're like me, when you really like something, you buy it all !!
And the prices were pretty good too. 😭😻❤️❤️
I have a thing for blue glass too💙
Yea! You got the Hex signs this time! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 And they’re the larger ones! So very cool! Oh I have a think for the gold vanity pieces! They’re the one thing that I hoard.
OMG! The cameras! Collectors Heaven, since I am a photographer

The mushrooms💞💞💞The mushroom dishes!!
Those unpriced Chinese figurines were so cute and there horse box, oh my. Brown splotchy enamel pot, fish plate, my mental shopping is going great!
Amen to the show the pricing especially when in locked cabinets. I hate having to get someone to come and unlock the cabinet for me. Many a times, a person can't be found, or they are busy with another person, and I don't like waiting when I could be looking for more treasures.
I too have my senior moments . My problem is they come more frequently . LOL
Love the large Lucite acrylic grapes! 🍇🍇
I have a few pieces of the Franciscan, woodland mushroom dinnerware, love it for Fall, but because I don’t have enough for a full table setting of it, I mix it up with my earth tone Fiestaware! I really love the mugs, I feel so retro/hip when drinking my mocha from them!

It was $125 I think.
I loved those birds 🐦 at 9:03 The Bluejays! Also the yellow butterfly dish at 22:47
Have you seen many Hall red poppy dishes in these places? I just don't see it hardly ever. My daughter has a very large collection.
No I don't.
So many BEAUTIFUL pieces.
Yes, that bird plate.
That Bee,,,, We have that one. It was my husbands when He was little.. never seen another one before..
I'm so happy that you "redeemed" yourself and got the Penn. Dutch art!
Me TOO!
Great tour, and company. I used to collect the Georgian green glass, you hardly ever see it now. I grew tired of it as I grew older, to much clutter. HA!
Love the bat tray!
I’ve never been in an antique store/booth. I’m fascinated! But, how do you purchase? And how do you take care of your own booth? Collect $$$?
The mall does all the managing of sales, they pay me twice a month. I do take care of my own booths.
The brass candleholder has a spot for a box of matches.
Hi Danni - the "basket" pottery at time 2:02 reminds me of Bitossi Italian Pottery. Maybe?
Very possible!
I want to shop with you so i can see everything your learned eye points out. I will carry your bags and buy you lunch...😄
Deal!
Me too!
That Fitz and Floyd is worth more then that. Check ebay. ONe just sold for 119.00
And that Owl is so cute .

According to Google translate, the french words in the first line are "the birds" the second and third lines are addresses or a location (I think)
that is why i never go to antique malls like my hubs says antique =higher prices.
Best piece of advice from this video was about putting something you may have that's signed and marked but you can't find any other info on auction. I have a piece that's signed and marked but I haven't found anything even close
Glad it was helpful!
Hi can you please explain what those "zooks" are?
Thanks
They are signs

OH MY! LOL!
Do you ever carry a black light?
I have one in my purse but rarely take it out, I can tell on most things if they will glow.
It use to be a Peter Piper Pizza.
somebody help me ! at 22;21 Danni is at one of her favorite booths she's explaining that some dealers will work with you on price on a glass shelf there is 2 pieces of white coral and to the left is a white glazed animal I think maybe a mountain goat? it looks like an ibex to me

Hi Danni trying to do my first listing and am some what confused when filling out the shipping..I know you did a video but can’t remember the name...
Gosh I don't remember the name either.
When filling out the shipping just put in the weight and dimensions of your final package (estimated)
What was the price of the horse box and the swan planters please.
I think the horse was $125, I didn't check prices on the swans but you could call the Charleston Antique Mall - they were on the farthest row from the cash register about 3 up from the front or so.
The Fitz and Floyd is $125 on ebay.
Was the brass horse a Trojan horse?
Yes, perhaps!
Blue birds not blue jays. I have been wanting the blue birds and have never seen them anywhere. 😛
Maybe to hold a candle snuffer
I collect porcelain turtles too any kind really
I need that brass horse in my life!
That was so cute/cool!
❤
Hey Danni, don't forget to invoice me for postage for the auction jewellery! Xxxx
Oh shoot yes!
Like the Boy George📻🎶🎤

Why go there with that prices time waste😡
Because I still find things that I can make a ton of money on!
Please no part 2
Sorry, I can't always fit it all in one video!
I like it better without voice over!!!!!
