It’s not fake, it’s real it’s me. Just a guy who wanted relief and got it. Amazing experience, amazing team. I say just book it guys, we make excuses to not go but if you book it now (6 months from now) you make it work to fulfill your goals.
@@tugathenewbie The reason "it's temporary!" for many is because most people revert back to bad habits in body posture, body movement /action, and due to muscle memory. E.g. most even forget to breathe, tensed up their shoulders and muscle at the back of their throats unconsciously and this put a strain on the shoulders & upper back /chest. And most people lift things the wrong way using the lower back muscles, instead of using the thigh muscles to do the lifting. When lifting, the arms should never be stretched out and be used only to grip and anchor the item being lifted close to the body. Having said that, memory lapse do occur and this causes most of us to do things the wrong way (never consciously), resulting in aches and pain. Our body do take some heavy beating in our daily life and that's why getting aligned, like going to the dentist, should be a normal bi-annual or annual affair. Hope this help clears the mis-conception that seeking chiropractic care is only a "temporary" relief. Like the gentleman in this video had highlighted, there do exists some unscrupulous practitioners, and it's unfortunate. So do own research on who is worth their salt. Btw, the "cure" in chiropractic is simply realigning bones, muscles, nerves, veins and cartilages back to their original state to allow blood and energy to flow optimally, to help the body heal. All said, i personally would consult a genuine chiropractor - like the Aligned centre - at the first sign of body ache & pain instead of seeking medical consultation which generally will end up with prescription drugs (poisons) and invasive surgery.

This gentleman had me in tears throughout the entire video. When he spoke about how his pain affects his life it was like he was reading my mind. I usually feel jealous that your patience can be there and I can't due to financial problems. But this gentleman changed this for me. Now I feel happy for your patience. Save up. 5 dollars a week you will get there. Dont touch it nó matter what. Might take a while bit any time you have extra or can choose to put an extra 50 cent into the jar do it. If you're going to buy a burger and can not order the extra sauce on the side .. even 5 cent. Anything you can put it in the jar and never ever touch it. You will get there if not this year next year if not next year the year after but better than never getting there.

I know the looks and the exquisite feeling of relief. I have had a few chiropractors over the past thirty years and experienced every single one of these techniques. I cannot accurately describe how deeply the relief is felt after adjustments. I currently have monthly maintenance adjustments that I started over a decade ago.
To me this is the GOAT video i have watched on the Aligned channel. It says so much about the centre and its chiropractic practice that could ever have been said. God bless the gentleman and all the doctors at Aligned. Wish there's an Aligned centre where i live.
I love this. He's got healthy skepticism, like we all should have of everything! But hes open minded enough to try it. Im glad he did and im glad you shared this. Im confused why people think a chiropractic treatment should be one and done. No one would argue we need to get massages over time, and we need to go back periodically. Idk why people think getting chiropractic care isnt the same kind of thing.
This guy speaks the truth. Be very selective with your local Chiropractor until you find the one that actually cares and will do everything they can like these guys do. Those that dont will only do like he said, a fee tiny things, then the session is over...not worth it and a definite red flag, only there for your money, not your health and well being. It does hurt to keep paying til you find the right one, but at least by then it would be worth it and you will finally be able to maintain your adjustment with the proper Chiropractor.
I said to you before, it's impossible to know who has real chiropractic skill and those who "dabble" in order to keep you coming back. So many are afraid to manipulate the neck. Chiropractors are absolutely real and life savers. I have a terrible back I have never been to a massage place. For relief and satisfaction I do chiropractors. It’s life changing, the results. It’s always nice when you have a chiropractor who actually cares about the patient and genuinely wants to make people feel better. To all pain specialists and chiropractors who actually live up to the job I thank you!
What this guy is saying is so true. It's sad that when you go to the chiropractor and they don't work the whole body and do the bare minimum. I do believe that you should keep going for up keep and to work on the problems your having . But usually if one part of the body is out others are out to do to favor the area that started the problem.
You do a great job explaining everything. And showing the before and after. Also there is a good job on the editing and the text - I don't know if you do that also. And in case people don't realize it - you are a talented chiropractor. Very good at your craft.
one thing I find he does really really good is adjusting the explanations to the clients. this guy for example was pretty sceptic so he tried to explain a lot of what he was doing. Other clients just love everything he does so he is more of a jokster, making them feel good without bothering to explain anything they wouldn’t care about anyways..

As a human who has been to doctors in their life, I appreciate how you patiently listen to your patients whenever they have something to tell you. I'm also a teacher and appreciate how are articulate you are when you're speaking to your patients. I don't live in Texas or Cali, but if I ever visit, I know where I'm going!
I discussed this extensively with multiple chiropractors that I’ve seen for extended periods of time and they both agreed. The reason a chiropractor only adjusts you a few times each session is situational and unique in each case. It’s about positioning and movement and if your muscles can’t hold that adjustment in place then the problem will persist. My chiropractor will focus on muscle relief and equal and opposite forces to help my problem and then perform a few adjustments. After weekly sessions for two months I finally straightened my upper back and neck after a bad accident I had snowboard racing. Highly recommend the process and would question any chiropractors who say you’ll be fixed after one visit.

Absolutely on that guys first statement. I go see someone local and no matter where the problem is he does the exact same thing.. it is very unsatisfying.
You can see the difference in his demeanor from the point Dr Tubio was adjusting his ribs, and to the point of the Y strap adjustment. I relate to this man’s story, I saw supposedly one of the best chiropractors in my area, and I stopped going because I was seen for maybe 10-15 minutes, with each adjustment being roughly the same each time, the Dr wanted to see me more than 20 times over the course of 6 months and gave me the pricing plan, no thanks. I don’t have what would be considered severe back problems, but I do experience lower/mid back pain every single day. I’m going to be calling the Orange County Aligned clinic tomorrow and hopefully setting an appointment for September.
Exactly the same sentiment I feel. Gone to a handful of different ones and it all just feels very cookie cutter. And really just there to collect your money, rather than find a solution and actually fix your issues. Would love to see Tubio some day

I believe from my own experience and family experience there are a lot of Quacks out there but not all are. Some truly want and are able to heal people. The very best is in Mansfield Texas. Dr. Polson is a true healer! God bless that man and his wife!

I was skeptical of chiropractors my entire life. I've been to two chiropractors and I can tell you this - it depends on the chiropractor. The first one was a nice guy, but absolutely terrible. All he wanted to do was get you in and out. The second was Dr. Tubio. He walks you back, he consults, he does the xray and then does what he does best. All I'll say is I've feeling like I was a teenager again. Not a pain in my body. Now, it doesn't last forever, but it tells me that it's setting your body on the right track. ZERO quackery going on here.
Not gonna lie I’m from Canada and he’s telling the truth. I use to go to my chiropractor and physio clinic and always ice pack and tens machine WEEKLY for many YEARS ..finally my lawyer referred me to another chiropractor due to my complaints and only then did I learn about adjustments. She gave me ny first adjustment instantly my migraine like disappeared it was magic. My tense body was sooooo relaxed. I’ve never been happier
There are three types of Chiropractors and I’ve been to 1 & 2 since 1997! 1: The Wall Street Chiro: Makes you sign a contract to keep you coming for the money. 2: The Fluff and Buff: No contract needed, no required visits, same adjustment every time visits no longer than 5 min. 3: Then you have RUclips Chiros like Dr. Tubio who listens to the patient and caters their adjustments to the patient’s situation and gets results!

Awake: 😊 I had this experience at a Chiropractor in Germany. He aligned my neck and I came out of his office like no fog in my brain. Aligning the body to original form will make the blood flow more fluid. No stagnation. When something isn’t aligned obviously there is blockages.
I’m the same way. I live in Georgia and there are a lot of chiropractors here but I will travel to wherever my energy draws to. I have an appointment with Dr. Liu on June the 3rd. I’ve been following the channel for a little bit and I absolutely love the energy of all of the doctors and they take their time with you and they actually care about their clients wellbeing. There are so many chiropractors on the internet that have videos on RUclips but Dr. Tubio and his team are phenomenal. I will spend the money for good quality care. You guys are awesome and I speak abundance and prosperity into your practice and your lives. Y’all are really good people.
Unfortunately, I have to partly agree with him. A lot of chiropractors will find an issue and are able to fix the issue all in one visit. However, they fix the issue over multiple visits to make more money. The reality is, they can give me relief all in one visit, but choose to be greedy. Spread it over multiple visits while keeping us the patients in pain.
Hmm I think that could be the case absolutely but i also wouldn't assume thats the case. Sometimes you need to fix one thing let that settle see how it settles and fix another thing. Not saying it is always that but sometimes adjusting one thing unwinds other things slowly .. the original guys whole thing was doing this whole body cracked process from fingertip to tippy toes to head ears everything cracked nothing left untracked that could be cracked. But ive never been to one that does that.
I agree. I knew I wasn't going to get good care when the first thing he said was "So your insurance only cover 15 visits." Each session was 10-15 mins long. I didn't know any better because it was my first time.
He is saying what alot of people are thinking. I went to a chiropractor for 3 years still no change. So I stopped going and I'm in pain all the time.I know my hips are on Even.I have Arthritis in my neck and it just goes on and on. If I had the money I would go to see these guys.
I've been to one chiropractor, and after watching this channel and a few others, i feel the same way. That's why i am hesitant to go to another one. That's all the one i went to did also. They dont give you a whole body treatment they do the same thing over and over.
I had a horrible chiropractor before. My back was wrecked for years after that, even after seeing a reputable one who did help, but it still could be better and daily yoga has helped alot!
This is why i have stopped going to chiropractors. They would do very little and less than 3 minutes and book me 3 times a week. I started to get worse. When i stopped going i actually started to feel better but now i have had some issues. My neck and back now. I seriously wish i could find someone in Virginia that is like Dr Tubio but i know that isn't going to happen. He is one of a kind!
This is exactly what's happened to me in Sweden several times. When i understood their tactics i was like every time they said " i have to see you next week" i was like no.. no I'll call you myself if i need another appointment. Just shut them down if you're not satisfied

As a camera guy i'm really impressed at how smooth Dr T is with moving his mics, a true artist.

You could instantly see the relief in his face, like a weight was literally lifted from his shoulders! I watch you do the befores and realize wow I need this so badly..I test horiribly and seem to be so much worse than the patients Ive seen you work on so far.
I believe from my own experience and family experience there are a lot of Quacks out there but not all are. Some truly want and are able to heal people. The very best is in Mansfield Texas. Dr. Polson is a true healer! God bless that man and his wife!

I was skeptical of chiropractors my entire life. I've been to two chiropractors and I can tell you this - it depends on the chiropractor. The first one was a nice guy, but absolutely terrible. All he wanted to do was get you in and out. The second was Dr. Tubio. He walks you back, he consults, he does the xray and then does what he does best. All I'll say is I've feeling like I was a teenager again. Not a pain in my body. Now, it doesn't last forever, but it tells me that it's setting your body on the right track. ZERO quackery going on here.

Not gonna lie I’m from Canada and he’s telling the truth. I use to go to my chiropractor and physio clinic and always ice pack and tens machine WEEKLY for many YEARS ..finally my lawyer referred me to another chiropractor due to my complaints and only then did I learn about adjustments. She gave me ny first adjustment instantly my migraine like disappeared it was magic. My tense body was sooooo relaxed. I’ve never been happier
There are three types of Chiropractors and I’ve been to 1 & 2 since 1997!
1: The Wall Street Chiro:
Makes you sign a contract to keep you coming for the money.
2: The Fluff and Buff: No contract needed, no required visits, same adjustment every time visits no longer than 5 min.
3: Then you have RUclips Chiros like Dr. Tubio who listens to the patient and caters their adjustments to the patient’s situation and gets results!

Awake: 😊 I had this experience at a Chiropractor in Germany. He aligned my neck and I came out of his office like no fog in my brain. Aligning the body to original form will make the blood flow more fluid. No stagnation. When something isn’t aligned obviously there is blockages.
I’m the same way. I live in Georgia and there are a lot of chiropractors here but I will travel to wherever my energy draws to. I have an appointment with Dr. Liu on June the 3rd. I’ve been following the channel for a little bit and I absolutely love the energy of all of the doctors and they take their time with you and they actually care about their clients wellbeing. There are so many chiropractors on the internet that have videos on RUclips but Dr. Tubio and his team are phenomenal. I will spend the money for good quality care. You guys are awesome and I speak abundance and prosperity into your practice and your lives. Y’all are really good people.
The DR smile is so medicinal
Unfortunately, I have to partly agree with him. A lot of chiropractors will find an issue and are able to fix the issue all in one visit. However, they fix the issue over multiple visits to make more money. The reality is, they can give me relief all in one visit, but choose to be greedy. Spread it over multiple visits while keeping us the patients in pain.
Multiple as 3 or 4? Because that is told to me & good enough in 1-3. Course depends on A lot of things. Not simple or fast for most.
Hmm I think that could be the case absolutely but i also wouldn't assume thats the case. Sometimes you need to fix one thing let that settle see how it settles and fix another thing. Not saying it is always that but sometimes adjusting one thing unwinds other things slowly .. the original guys whole thing was doing this whole body cracked process from fingertip to tippy toes to head ears everything cracked nothing left untracked that could be cracked. But ive never been to one that does that.

Definitely had that experience with chiropractor. Do one or two cracks and then that’s it.

I agree. I knew I wasn't going to get good care when the first thing he said was "So your insurance only cover 15 visits." Each session was 10-15 mins long. I didn't know any better because it was my first time.

He is saying what alot of people are thinking. I went to a chiropractor for 3 years still no change. So I stopped going and I'm in pain all the time.I know my hips are on Even.I have Arthritis in my neck and it just goes on and on. If I had the money I would go to see these guys.

I've been to one chiropractor, and after watching this channel and a few others, i feel the same way. That's why i am hesitant to go to another one. That's all the one i went to did also. They dont give you a whole body treatment they do the same thing over and over.
I had a horrible chiropractor before. My back was wrecked for years after that, even after seeing a reputable one who did help, but it still could be better and daily yoga has helped alot!
This is why i have stopped going to chiropractors. They would do very little and less than 3 minutes and book me 3 times a week. I started to get worse. When i stopped going i actually started to feel better but now i have had some issues. My neck and back now. I seriously wish i could find someone in Virginia that is like Dr Tubio but i know that isn't going to happen. He is one of a kind!

This is exactly what's happened to me in Sweden several times. When i understood their tactics i was like every time they said " i have to see you next week" i was like no.. no I'll call you myself if i need another appointment. Just shut them down if you're not satisfied
