Song is totally growing on me! I am hearing hints of Dan Fogelberg. Of course Neil is an amazing singer!
Vocals and sound totally has Dan Fogelberg vibes.
I am not a parent myself. However, when I listen to this song, my heart is touched by it. ❤️
Beautiful song.
Wooooow
Having a 17 month old son, this song really hits home.
Very good arrangement a sing ✌️
Another great song! Reminds me of the early days of Chicago!
this is a lovely tune. i hope folks really listen to it and take the words to heart. its the kind of tune you dance with your sleepy child in your arms.
Love you and miss you Keith
This song is probably the closest to a ballad by Chicago on this album. I miss the old ballads from Chicago that really were heartfelt by Cetera and Scheff. The melody and vocals were really memorable.
have you heard the "Someone Needed Me The Most?"
@@weksheddweller Yeah, it's a good song. But even that song doesn't compete with Cetera's stuff.
I agree, but many fans did not like Chicago 16, 17, 18, 19 and 21, they were considered too polished for the fans of the early albums.
@@dansavik7137 There was a resurgence of the band in the 1980s that created many new fans that loved 1980s Chicago and I was one of them. Chicago 17 went like quadruple platinum so there were a lot of us that loved that polished Foster sound. But I'm one of those Chicago fans that love their whole body of work.
So sweet and tender, to me this is the most beautiful song on the album.
Sweet song from a father to a son
Nice 👍
Wish I could like this new stuff. Good for them for at least making the effort.
I’m celebrating today the release of this great music!
Sounds sweet and looks great 😎
This is a nice song, well sung.
Reminds me of the Peter Cetera songs. Beautiful. I can only imagine Peter singing this song. Neil is a pretty good singer tho
I almost thought they'd try to riff off the obscure World Falling Down hit Man in Me (Cetera), which is actually quite powerful!
Wow
Finally, I can honestly say that Neill Donnell is a member of Chicago. He cut a record with them, I don't think the guy before him will ever be considered a member since he never did an album with them. Forgot his name aleady.
Jeff Coffey!
@@joshuaecht Yes, Jeff Coffey, he sounded pretty good but wasn't with them long enough to cut a new album.
this song has the same melody and chord changes on the verses as Bruce Springsteen's Hungry Heart - you can hear it through the entire song......
Chicago 38 is exposing what an incredible lead singer Neal has become. I'm thinking this is not a regular template, but refreshing one song at a time. I'm predicting platinum...
Neil has brought me back to listening to Chicago again. I pretty much ceased listening after Peter left. I do listen to them with Jeff on occasion. However, Neil has sealed the deal for me.😊
Ok just talk to me. I miss you. 1:36 I love you too
Remember the song, NO TELL LOVER?
It sounds more like "Happy Man" IMO
Doesn't sound like Cetera's No Tell Lover.
Similar vibe to No Tell Lover
If Terry Kath was alive he would throw up!
What a stupidity
