If you feel so compelled to wash your toilet brush , then get a separate bucket and go to the back and wash it in the backyard or something, but not in the sink.
What happened to the old fashioned bucket?! Just fill it with water and some bleach or other cleaning product and let it sit overnight outside. The next day you just empty the bucket, clean that one out and rinse, rinse, rinse that toilet brush. Or when you flush your toilet keep the brush in the flowing water and while the water is flowing, twist your brush. Or just throw away your toilet brush and buy a new one. For 2-3 euros you got a new one.
For me if my period undies are really stained they go in the trash , if it’s you know a little spot I wash it in cold water and peroxide , hang it to dry and put it in the dirty to clothes hamper to be washed again with the rest of my clothes

Always rinse of your plates before you put them in the dishwasher. A dishwasher washes your dishes. A dishwasher is not your trashbag. Cause guess what, if you do that, when the cleaning session is over you will still have to clean up all the food rests. Every time you use your dishwasher, clean out the filter, check if there is enough liquid in it and every now and then just put the washing cylce on with a tablet or add some vinegar to the machine and your dishwasher will stay alive for years. I do all of that.
The panty thing is cultural. I’m black and my mom and grandma taught me that mostly around my period time with spotting and stuff like that. It does help it’s like a prewash.
That's why we use Clorox toilet wand disposable. Toss the brush head after use. Before this, my mom tossed our toilet brush into the shower and I hated it!! If its soiled yes pre hand wash but if its just used hand washing and the machine washing is pointless The reason you wash by hand, is to keep your intimates from getting worn out in thr machine..so they last longer...
