    It seems products formed from enzymes 3 or four steps down the line can come back to enzymes earlier in the assembly line, like the first enzyme in the pathway, and bind to either that first enzyme's allosteric OR active site to shut down production. Great video.

    this video does not actually explain feedback inhibition: Feedback inhibition is where inhibitors are produced by enzymes and used on the first enzyme in the reaction to stop the original substrate from changing.
