This is a good idea for a video. When her skills were out a lot of people freaked out over how much shes going to kill the game and have no counters agianst her. Very good and insightful video

Yes, id love more of these videos! Ive committed to getting her, i dont own guiding light but ill probably just run her on an eff arti with the ml landy and aravi comp you suggested.
Thought of a funny defense with Nahk/Zio/ and a speedy Mort on his own artifact to reduce cd so Zio and Nahk can proceed to control more, the anti crit could also help everyone survive. I think people are generally gonna try to use water units against Nahk, notably Karina so I think Nahk really needs to be paired with a green threat.
More character specific GW vids please. Edit - I'm a bit of a noob so I have a mechanical question: Are ER and Eff not capped at 300? I wasn't aware you could go past 300 on either of those stats?
About the flex slot on def team, what's your opinion on ml choux? It's in a weird spot: not tanky as Aravi or alencia, not rng based as choux, but a faster injury than Ilynav
ML Choux can get ran cleaved pretty easily - albeit if you're on a 300-310 Nahkwol (in a imaginary world) - maybe it could be useful with Andres Crossbow + ML Choux and HSac ML Landy? Seems ok to me but if you're slow then forget it I guess

it sucks you didn't get her but honestly smilegate on schedule is releasing/buffing units to deal with her more consistently so don't feel too bad! it only felt really bad during the latter part of the season when she was terrorizing us
@@vikchun Ty for the reassuring words bro! Just really like units who can do it all especially for PvE and fill in those gaps when you don't know who to use in a pinch. I was always able to throw pre-nerf Hwayoung on pretty much any team and see results
@@darkpyro786 well in terms of doing it all, ml Landy is a automaton tower solo demon so that's the only thing you're missing out on (and if you have violet who cares)

yo, consider using Andre's Crossbow. Provides Effectiveness which is always good on her and Hit chance which will reduce her fail chance against ice and evasion units. edit: also lmao i hope you know what bind does to ml ken.

The problem is Nahkwol has really shit base speed - so running cleave def teams are hard. Can always run 280 senya 270 Lilias ? That's kinda cleave comp + 290 Nahkwol

That's not my specialty and I won't pretend it is - there's a lot of videos out there showcasing her kit - I can recommend some of Grass Angels recent ones. They are good
I do different variations based on opponent. Stuff that works for me is nahkwol + ml roana(book) + siseria or gala lilias + cpavel or some other cleave unit. When there's racing instead of ml roana I can do zio since he hold book and let's me outspeed. Jacko is decent teammate aswell.
I like these I learn a lot In the guild war vids but a lot of the time the gear is the issue not my hero pull so leaning different scenarios and teams would be a much more direct way to learn especially with a new hero

Im confuse here, how is ml ken gd into her when he can't even counter from any attk be it crit or not. The moment bind lands on him he no counters elbris of any sort can proc. Also you need to take into account that even if by some luck you miss the bind or the 1 turn reset your still vulnerable to being sealed so on paper those options are not looking so viable to me
Honestly the best way to probably beat her is just cleaving or outspeeding her, like if you were to bring a Ran I doubt she be able to speed contest him
@@vikchun Its a great thing my guild is at rank 300 for now I think if they just remove the turn 2 cooldown on her s3 I think she be somewhat balanced since we have a decent amount of cleansers
She can get sealed but the main focus is idols cheer pushing MLK/Charlotte up. She just acts as a fire bait and cr pusher for your dps to carry the fight
It's ok for your CLilias ,AOL,Adin ,Arowell, Karina,MLLandy your favorite combs to be broken but not her ,you know im glad she can deal with toxic units i mentioned earlier, don't get me wrong i can deal with current meta but with Nahkwol its a lot easier
@@vikchunI don't think the reset matters because her S1 gives her speed buff for a quick S3 soul burn second turn, as long as you bring Roana, she shouldn't be getting sealed, and she still has a 30% of dodging. Remember, her extra attack comes out on turn 3 at the earliest anyway; and she can choose to free soulburn on turn 1 or 2 for an extra turn. Not to mention Harpa on Roana to make it even more consistent. I think Atywin, Roana, Lethe can beat every other team variant very consistently and has a decent shot at going toe to toe against Alencia variant which is the only one that has a shot at neutering Lethe long enough for Landy to get any S3 off.
Ok, did some theorycrafting, specifcally, against the ML Landy variants: - Illyanav/Choux: I think this hard loses to Harpa Roana + Lethe + SCPhyllis. I just don't see any of the units really stalling long enough before Lethe just cycles through them. Remeber that Lethe gets speed buff and an extra turn on S3, so she should just outrun bind. - Aravi: Should lose to SCDoris on doctors bag, + Roana on harpa + Lethe. Once again, even if somehow you even got bind on Lethe, she should just out cycle it. - Alencia: I think a control unit would probably work best here, But I think LRK would also probably work really well against this variant, providing barriers against Alencia's S3 and pushing it back at her. So a defense variant I've thought of: Candy + Monk + Shoux. As far as I know, Shoux doesn't have an AOE, so isn't weak to LRK, Pressures all three attacking units with a lot of injuries meaning Roana is less valued, Lethe may not 1 shot Candy, has a lot of HP, doesn't rely on debuffs, has fixed damage to threaten Adins and other similar units. And the injuries make Candy's S3 far more dangerous. Really only counter I've come up with against this team is to try and gear gap with a 290+ speed Zahaak to injure Shoux to buy time for other units, like ML Kawarzu to one shot Candy. I think this variant is the nastiest of them all, because I can't imagine a 30K Proof Shoux is going to care much about the first Zahaak S3, and requires whale gear to beat or Volcano guy, who I still don't have after a year and a half.

Speaking of offense, running immunity on dodge units like Adin really helps because Nahkwol needs to hit first and if Nahkwol misses you get punished and Adin will still have immunity and you can't seal her by then.

No they're not capped - artifacts can influence how much effectiveness has (Alabastron, Cursed Compass, Andre's Crossbow, etc)

Arena offense: Nahkwol with 100% crit, Commander Pavel, Summer Iseria, S.Tene with book.

i go with 300 speed/150+eff with guiding light had to sacrifice survivability n dmg for it tough.
300 speed means you can speed rng some ran cleaves with no imprint so that's not bad

if you not awaken her for the extra turn for bunnydom and starts with s2 on atywin she will have no counters in gw or arena

I think alencia is the only viable third with landy on defense. Every other team seems to fall over to Lethe + friends.
imagine oath key / andre's crossbow nahkwol binding/reset lethe and she gets rolled
