Could all of those bladders be used as water tanks to maintain a stable temperature, and act as a water reservoir?

I guess the dead weight of the water in those bladders wouldn"t be feasible to ensure stability of the slab incase of unusual vibration (excess live load or natural forces like seismic activity ) .

I think it depends on the span between columns, usually 25/30cm is the minimum dimension at least in my country
