RCC SWIMMING POOL CONSTRUCTION ANIMATION (SKIMMER,REINFORCEMENT BARS).
This video gives an illustration on how to construct a swimming pool with skimmer. To ensure that the structure is water tight, two layers of approved water proof is applied beneath the tiles and above the structural concrete. It is also essential to provide water bar/stop at the intersection of base slap and walls when casting is done in phases resulting in construction joints which are susceptible to leaks.

It depends on the design ,the width of the beams can be larger than that of the walls especially if the structure is designed as a fully framed structure and the spans are big.

What are the problems thar can arise when you do not build on a deep foundation?
Geotechnical information often dictates whether to apply shallow or deep foundation.Although it's not always a requirement to lay foundation on hard rock ,minimum foundation depth is normally applied with regard to soill bearing capacity ,weight of the structure and soil moisture.
