Yes indeed, much much quieter along that section of track lined by hirise condos ! That section will require regular "grinding" maintenance in future. Why not continue along the other louder segments as well ?

That is indeed much quieter than I heard on the videos you've made previously of that area. I wonder what they did? It's a pretty impressive change.
From what I read they added sound dampening devices which I'm not sure where or what they are, and also grinded down the tracks

Those sections are over the trainyard and by the autoroute. Noise isn't as much an issue there compared to angry bougie condo dwellers.

Yes the trains themselves have a little snow plow in front of it and if appears there is snow removal track equipment as well
