The leaves is what we usually eat in my country and feed the roots (white part) to animals but after watching this and many other Asian videos I want to try making some dishes with the roots.

What huge radishes. I may cook one to experience the taste. The only radish I’ve had are the little red ones in a salad.
Yes, I Only know the little red ones. Not familiar with those big white ones
White radishes go well in stews. They have a milder, slightly nutty taste, and can soak up soup's flavor. They're not as "spicy" as little radishes.
