No, if you read the ICC order it does not state that they must stop their offensive in Rafa. It says If only the news only reported on the actual truth and not a soundbite. The whole quote from the judge is "“immediately halt its military offensive and any other action in the Rafah governate **which may inflict upon the Palestinian group in Gaza conditions of life that would bring about its physical destruction in whole and in part**”. Every news agency wants to leave off the conditional.

My mother in law, in Japan, was a little girl at the end of WWII. She says, "The Americans gave all the other households barley," then straightens up with pride and says, "but my house they gave us rice!" Another old lady who was a teenager at the end of WWII in Japan told me they walked her home to make sure she was safe, and gave her clothes to wear.
That's the attitude Israel needs to have, to feed and clothe the innocent. But their attitude is that no one is innocent.

@@Maryculligan Nobody. From the beginning, they cut off vital infrastructure, and provided sub-minimal supplies. A delivery of freezers for insulin was turned away because they said Hamas might use them.
Only Israel blocks aid.
