Hey y'all! Welcome or welcome back! In today's video, I am doing my second retwist on my starter locs! Now, if you've watched my first loc retwist video, you'd know that I had a loooootttt to learn. After a little bit of research, I found that retwist tend to last a little better when styled. So, in this retwist, I styled my hair in two-strand twists. Watch to learn what products and techniques I used, what I learned, and what I'd do differently!

You should try interlocking because when you interlock there’s no unraveling like it is with retwist

Your locs are beautiful! But I’d say get them interlocked, that way you don’t have to worry about getting a retwist so often.

Have you tried to style them while you are waiting for them to lock.

I recently have, actually! I tried barrel twists on myself and it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be! That, plus a different gel (AllDay Locks Braid Gel) has my retwist holding up good!
