Don't blame Disney, it's all Kathleen Kennedy's bad leadership/ and Lucas Films crazy ideas. Disney's Marvel is all decent to amazing (most people think so at least). Star Wars is just terrible storytelling and Lucas Film is all to blame, Disney just writes them checks. It's up to Lucas Film to actually create the stories. I think this is the last Kathleen Kennedy heavily influenced project (i really hope so...), Dave Filoni's projects and Andor are my only joys in Star Wars these days...
