    Yes - we do need a standard to rate cells against each other. Glad someone is speaking to this!
    Tab cooling appears to better especially for pouch cells, but the problem of course is how you remove thermal energy while also electrically isolating that heat removal without leak prone metal/plastic cooling loops. It is of course much simpler to remove heat on the surface with a simple copper plate connected to a copper tube carrying a cooler fluid, so that simple solution is generally preferred even if it is inferior (but better than no cooling at all). Of course sometimes having no cooling and just increasing the number of parallel cells to minimize heat generation is a reasonable solution.

    If we have a cell with capacity of assume 20AH then which form factor can have better thermal management at cell level,if any one knows please answer?
