Today we are reviewing a hyper watch from Atowak. Inspired by the Urwerk 220, this watch takes it a step further compared to Ettore they already did AND fixes some of the issues of the Cobra I also featured. With both a horizontal and vertical motion, the Atowak Tarantula is a true micromachine for your wrist!
Just like the Cobra I already reviewed, it uses the same system, but at the same time, they fixed all the problems the Cobra had, from the wearability due to the weird case shape, to the lume as the hands were blocked most of the time, not getting enough light to charge the lume.
Also, using regular lugs with 22mm width means you can use regular straps, unlike the Cobra that needed custom ones.
As usual, stay tuned for the full review!!

Hi do you think it will fit a 15cm wrist snugly like how you wear it?

Very cool !!! However, it took me a few seconds to finally understand how to read the time.

Looks very big and the price, in my opinion is far too much. I can appreciate the engineering but Olto 8 also used the same movement on their wondering hours for $380 and is a much more wearable watch.
For this money you can get a used Tudor which will hold its value much more.

Olto is incredible for the price, but this one has a cooler wandering hour as it rotates on two axis, both horizontal and vertical, while Olto does it only on one, like Atowak Ettore.
Weather it is $2.000 cooler is another thing 😂

@@WatchGeek that’s the point. You have to really really want one for 2k outlay. Personally don’t think it’s worth that for a Miyota

Olto is actually ugly compared to this. This watch has a much more refined look and significantly better presentation.

awesome invention, but by 2000-2500 USD, many people would derserve to have also the date shown, wouldn't they ?
