This is all textbook sociopathic behaviour and a sociopath would be the one to have an extreme position of control and power over a group and find ways to emotionally manipulate their follwers and employees to bend their will to him as he sees fit. Like it literally makes sense that a sociopath would put an employee through torturous experiences like complete isolation just for a video and not care about that person's mental sanity. Btw, there are years upon years of research that says that putting someone in an isolated environment like solitary confinement in jail literally breaks people mentally and some even turn schizophrenic from it and are never able to recover and all of this is widely known, so MrBeast definitely knew the dangers of putting his employees in such a challenge... but his socipathic so of course he didn't care

Also yes, it's well known what isolation can do to people. At least here in Germany, 100 days aren't even allowed in prison, 30 days max, and just with a doctor, who makes sure, the criminal doesn't suffer permanent mental damage.
Isolation can cause hallucinations after a few days, and if you don't have something, like sound, human voices, animals, something natural, it can be within a few hours. Combined with insomnia, it's very dangerous. Insomnia can kill you after 4 - 7 days, sometimes even 3 days, so what they did was crazy and risky.
In Germany in WW2 a lot of tank crews died from insomnia. They got medication so they won't sleep, and usually after 3 - 4 days they collapsed out of nothing, and died immediately. As if you press a button.
So besides hallucinations, there wouldn't even be something, that could warn you, the guy dies. With insomnia, it's the same like with hunger or freezing to death: often times you stop feeling it after a certain time.
With hunger, often times it goes away after around 4 - 5 days, and you don't feel it anymore. With freezing, you feel warm before you die. With insomnia, after around 3 days, some people won't feel tired anymore, and they still would sleep immediately, if you would let them rest, but they just don't feel tired anymore.
So isolation itself already is risky, but the conditions they had are actually deadly. MrBeast clearly is dangerous. Imo it's really disgusting 🤮

It’s not a “hey it’s ok still got your back” statement for the occasional screwup. It’s a veiled threat. It really translates to “If I see you doing things that I don’t like or something doesn’t pan out I will crucify you. You get one warning. After that the 4x4’s and the nails come out.” Healthy companies have what’s known as a no-fault policy on mistakes. As long as the employee is forthcoming and was acting in good faith then they will not be subject to discipline. Instead a review will be conducted to understand the events leading up to the error, what can be learned from it and how to prevent future errors of the same nature, and finally if any policy or procedural changes are needed.
Parents need to be more vigilant about allowing their children to consume media of any kind via the internet, because the internet is run by Californians.

I try not to judge influencers and actors who choose to protect their careers and stay silent about monsters cuz if I was in their position, I seriously don’t know if I’d do the same thing. It’s easy for us to judge them and call them cowards for not speaking out when we don’t have to face the same consequences as they do.
That being said, it is extremely pathetic and hypocritical for them to turn around and try to take the moral high ground and virtue signal in every other situation where they know they won’t have to face any negative consequences. They have same amount it integrity and morals as Sneako since this is something he would do.

The problem is, if he owns his mistake publicly, he opens him and his company to countless lawsuits. It would end Mr. Beast on the spot. This is why he cannot do so. Legally he can not survive that.

Its obvious that he just wasn't a good boss. A good entertainer, yes, but not a good businessman. Most of these problems that happened are likely due to incompetence and insecurity rather than malice on his part. What I'm guessing will happen is that his company will get restructured in such a way where he provides investment and some creative input but the business is run by someone like a COO who actually knows how to run a business. People complain about business-oriented managers and HR departments all the time but what happened in his business is what happens when you don't have professionals running things. An HR department would've stopped many of the issues and a legal department would've saved him from a lot of liability. Also, an experienced COO would've prevented a lot of bad decisions from destroying the company.
