I was there also, the Who called it the Farewell your. Great show, cut my teeth on Live at Leeds. Drove up from Clewiston fla.and made a weekend of it. New wife, 21 years old, 69 Camaro, and still have the same wonderful lady!! Great times
I was there it was a 20th birthday gift for me . the B52s opened did 4 or 5 songs the blond got hit with a Frisbee between that and the Boeing they walked offstage . Back then only soft folk B52ed
I was at this concert. People were really impatient with Joan Jett and the B-52s. People threw some crap on stage. After, on the way south on the Turnpike, a car was on fire. It was foggy and I fell asleep at the wheel, was in the median a little but woke up and pulled over. Slept for three hours and then drove the rest of the way home. I remember a lot of frisbees being tossed around before the show.

The B-52s didn't play long, the crowd up front was unruly, Joan Jett did her gig. Maybe lasted 45 minutes. Long wait for the Who but they killed it!!
I was at this show ! Seems so long ago .. the B' 52's opened then it was Joan Jett , then The Who came on !
What a pub rock version, love it!
Cutting loose! John was flowing, Roger going and Pete over rowing. A song I relate to BTW. A+ All around killer!

This was amazing! Thank you so much for uploading. I'm so happy John had so much screen time.
