We visited Mount Rushmore two years ago, what an amazing place. Being a Veteran, I had the distinct honor to participate in the lowering of the flag at the night time closing ceremonies.

I’ve been following your channel for years but decided to go back to the beginning. I loved this video because it shows my adopted home state of South Dakota. Everyone should make a trip to see The Heads (that’s what the locals call Mt. Rushmore).
I was wondering how long I had been watching your videos so I sorted oldest to newest and saw this. I live 12 miles as the crow flies to Mt Rushmore. Yet it is a 5 minute drive through the mountains. I grew up here in the Hills but moved away after HS. The hills called me back and we've been here since 2015. The earliest videos I watched whereof you building the woodshed.
I just started watching this channel a few months and I really enjoy watching these videos. Today I decided to go back to the beginning to see how it all started. There's a big difference in the videos between when you started and what you do now. I have to say though the quality started here and it just gets better. I really like your intro and you took very good pictures 📷 on your trips. I've never been west of the Mississippi River and I haven't really did much site seeing vacation trips. These videos make me want to start. Thanks for starting this channel and I'm looking forward to seeing how you grew your channel to where it is now.

Saw this fantastic monument in person in '94 and '96 when we rode the Harleys up for Sturgis - amazing.
Nice we did a 2 1/2 week trip last september out west and started at the badlands then rushmore, then all over
Like to see this in person one day too.
