Picked up the black one a week ago (leather version being almost impossible to find where I am living) and so far so okay - it does feel like it won't wear that well and in the Apple store the display wallets were scratched and looked pretty rough. Apple will probably move away from this finewoven experiment next year - silicon wallets maybe?
